Aladdin's Eatery Middleburg Heights reviews
19No spoons, no tissues, and the quantity should be for a small child, not for an adult. However, I paid $3 for a small cup of Coca I believe we in Ohio not Las Vegas!
I love Aladdin's and they have a great salad taza chicken. Disappointed tonight though because they left off the cranberries!
Aladdin's Restaurants are consistently great among all locations. They have a large variety of menu items that are all healthy choices. The restaurants are always perfectly clean and the service is always prompt and polite. The desserts are always spectacular too.
Food seemed microwaved. Parts warm parts of it cold. I use to love their food. Asked for check.taking kind of long, I got up to go pay up front I can see her on her phone texting! I must’ve then stood there a extra 2-3 mins more just watching her… unreal! Smh.
Amazing fresh and tasty Lebanese food. The group we were with has traveled all over the world and we all loved the food here. The hummus is great! Even the babaganous which isn't my favorite was good. Then I got shwarma on a plate of humus. Mmmmmm. The server, I didn't get her name, had worked there for years and she was cheerful and helpful.
Aladdin's Eatery is authentic Mediterranean food. The hummus is fresh and the pita are soft. Our soups came right on time with generous toppings of chicken and cheese.
The manager was welcoming and conversational.
The servers were attentive and efficient. Excellent food, service and experience.
The girl who took my order didn't understand that two people would want two beverages, then forgot who I was or that I had put an order in after about twenty minutes. I got the food, Jasmine's with tawook, and the chicken was dry and hard like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I used to really like the food here, but there are other options now.
Had lunch here, I got the falafel wrap and a salad, and my husband had a platter with falafel and various sides.
Everything was tasty, and I especially liked the spicy sauce our server brought on the side!
They are always super friendly and pretty quick, also the food is delicious everytime. Absolutely love this place
We had such a delicious meal here at Aladdin's. We're from out of town; anytime we're here, we come for a meal. The service was excellent. Our server, Abbie, did such a marvelous making us feel comfortable. Their menu is huge; always excellent food, fresh, yummy and good service.
Some of the most amazingly delicious, healthy food I've tasted. Friendly staff, and reasonable prices.
Highly recommended.
Love this place. Celebrated my daughter's birthday and she loves Aladdin's too!
Best food I’ve had since I moved to the area half a year ago. Shawarma is on par with good SF Bay Area/East Bay taco truck meat (good char, well seasoned, the best kind of greasy that’s the right amount of flavorful and juicy). Hot sauce has the perfect spice and tang, not overwhelming. Jasmine rice was okay… get the superfood salad instead and thank me later. The more flavorful grains and seasoning were ~chefs kiss~. Don’t skip the hummus/baba gannouj, and tabouli to go with it all. Perfect portions. Spent under $40 for the meat, grains, and small of each side with extra pita, and there’s enough for at least three meals/people. Other reviews seem mixed, so maybe they have a strong Saturday crew. For me, I’ve been missing big, balanced flavor and this place is now a go-to.
I got the new genies combo plate, it was amazing with the hot sauce.
My best friend got the hummus falafel wrap. She said it wasnt very good but mahas downtown Cleveland on 25th were great. As for me love the meatplate ️
Serving not welcoming. But facility clean
Olivia T is a ROCKSTAR! She was the only waitress when we came in tonight and she quickly got bombarded with tables. Talk about handling g it like a BOSS! IMPECCABLE! Then she was MIA. I asked the other girl working and was told she has anxiety and she took over. I get it, anxiety rules my life at 46 years old. But this girl did AMAZING and she deserved the entire tip I gave and I pray she gets it all to herself. We wish her well. Go Little Rockstar.
Overall, was not the greatest experience I have had at an Aladdin's establishment. As is the case in most restaurants due recently, they were very clearly understaffed. Unfortunately it seems the staff was more concerned about making the to go orders then caring for the in restaurant patrons.
From the beginning, our server seemed to get continually side-tracked by answering the phone and handing to go orders. Between us and two other tables seated in the section, we barely ever saw them. I ran out of water within 15 minutes of being seated and did not see our server again for almost 25 mins when our food was brought out. We asked for drink refills and additional napkins but they never returned with either.
I observed them take a phone order, prep a to go order, grab the food for the table near us, disappear in the back and not return again until well past us finishing our meals (again we both were out of beverages) eventually they stopped by, we asked again for beverages, got them after several minutes, asked for a dessert, got that but had no silverware. Asked for a fork. They never returned. After waiting 10 minutes, got up and went to the front counter and had to ask for the fork again.
The cherry on top was, what appeared to be the manager on duty, made the rounds asking if everyone was doing okay but skipped just our table. We observed they rounded every other table occupied.
It took almost 15 more minutes for us to get our final bill before we used the phone payment option.
I completely understand they were short staffed and running as best as they could. I would absolutely visit this location again as I do believe this was most likely an anomaly but the fact remains it was a bad overall experience.
The food is delicious and healthy. Lots of hummus and vegetables. Would highly recommend for a quiet place with good food.
Great service and nice place to stop by on the way home from a browns game. Try the house tea (hot).
Ordered on doordash, food was ready when I arrived. Great portion. The pita pizza was pretty good.
