Aladdin's Eatery West Market, Akron OH

My guest and I were seated promptly and the restaurant seemed clean. Service was solid although our server seemed a bit quiet/timid—that’s an observation, not a complaint. All our food arrived fresh and tasted great and felt like a solid price for what we received. I’d not been to Aladdin’s in years until this recent visit at the urging of my guest. Glad I gave it another shot because now I’m craving it again. Great experience all the way around.

Food is great and so was the service. Love the grape leaves and the baklava is to die for. It just melts in your mouth.

Very tasty, very authentic Middle Eastern food. Even the desserts were excellent. I eat here regularly

Wow, just WOW! The food here is soooo good! From the quality meats (or go vegetarian/vegan) to the pickled turnips to the garlic sauce to the hot sauce to the lemon tahini dressing to the house Aladdin's salad dressing, oh my! I've only tried a few pita wraps so far but I can't wait to taste everything else they offer! Sorry for lack of pictures, but I couldn't wait to eat it that I forgot to snap any pics but the side salad.

Nice staff, amazing dessert. I got a couple desserts for my birthday here. The food smells amazing.

This location has the worst service! Not only did they make our order incorrectly with no regard to stated food allergies, when we go back to pick up the remade order it’s all attitude as if we are in the wrong for making sure you adhere to our stated food allergies! And then not to offer an apology or a discount or credit just takes poor service and makes it worse. You won’t get my family’s business any longer

I love the food their and the chef but the one thing that made me kinda mad that the staff wasn’t bringing me stuff that i asked to bring me on time sometimes they take a long time or forget and i need to remind them again i think that the staff need to be cooperative with the customers and restaurant will be trending in all Akron

Love this location and everything came out as expected. Actually they made the chicken Dijon roll better than most locations.

Love everything I have ever had from there! Best grape leaves (Dawali) ever! Love the rolls, salads, pitzas! Don't even get me started on the appetizers. I send up getting more than one everyone. Sometimes I just get 3 or 4 of them as my dinner.

The hummus lives up to its award winning name! Great and healthy food options, our server Kate was awesome. Recommend the celery juice as well, exactly the restaurant I’ve been looking for. Dinner was delicious!

I'm not going to ding them because their food is real decent. It's fresh and well prepared and well served. This is a warning though that the last several times we have tried to get food there We have been unsuccessful. The online apps don't accept orders and when we went in person to order we were told they weren't taking any more orders. This was around 7: 00 and it's been the past 3 times we tried to eat there. I understand things are tough which is why I am not changing my review. Their food is good and worth the effort. But the frustration of not being able to order it is having an impact on whether Aladdin's stays in our eating out rota. If nothing else I wish they would find a way to deal with the problems with delivery apps that indicate that they are up and running right up until you put in the order. If they're not accepting orders either by app or in person, that really should be noted up front so you don't spend 20 minutes figuring out that you're going to have to go someplace else.

Super good food, went here with my girlfriend and had a very nice meal in a quiet but pretty dining area.

The food was undercooked. The pizza was cold. The waitress seemed was not personable.
She was rushy, offering to go boxes before we could even ask a question in which case to go boxes was not the question.
The one in Canton Ohio on the strip is Soo much better, the food and the service.
I won't visit this location again.

I love this place. They have the best hummus you'll find anywhere. Everything is always super fresh. Totally guilt free on the diet.

Super rude staff and close there doors 45 min before the close just because they didn't want to make food!

I had called to place a pick up order at 8 o’clock they close at 9 o’clock and they told me that they didn’t want to make my food because it was too close to closing time worst experience I’ve ever had and they were super rude I will never return
