Aladdin's Eatery Westlake

Our experience exceeded my expectations thanks to the awesome service from our server Lexi. She was on top of her game to make sure that everything was more than perfect for us. However, the one thing that really upset me was how one of her co workers was treating her. This co worker of hers was extremely disrespectful towards her and it should not have been like that no matter what the “situation” that the “co worker” was upset with. I believe the goal should be to always work together not shame one another for messing up something or doing something wrong because everyone makes mistakes. This is just something that I witnessed as I sat and enjoyed my meal. In my eyes, Lexi was great. Thank you Lexi for the excellent service. I will definitely be back and hope to have her as my server again.

I have ordered catering for my office staff on May 12,2020. It was a BIG hit! A lot of people had it for the first time and will become your new happy customers. Thank you guys for your assistance. It was my first time ordering catering and your staff was very helpful. Food was delicious and fresh by reports of my staff. Thank you Aladdin’s for your wonderful service in these challenging days.

Went on first day of no eating in so it was dead.and hot sauce I asked for still was forgotten.very annoying should have checked

Great customer service here, as my fiancé and I have had with many Aladdin's locations. We do prefer the Middleburg Heights location just because it seems to have less foot traffic and more space available inside. The Westlake location does have a lot of people coming in and out for take out orders. The restaurant does have two reserved parking spaces out front designed for take out customers only. Waitress and manager could not have been nicer.

Food is absolutely fantastic. I love the vegan options. I wish you guys had more OIL-FREE options though (I love the hummus and baba). There is a very fast-growing oil free vegan market because of the research out of the cleveland clinic (Dr. Esselstyn) and you guys can be the "hot spot" for this if you had some more oil free vegan options.

Wonderful food! The Mediterranean fare is one of our favorites. They offer gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. They are very willing to change a dish to your liking, or for a dietary need. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the food. Very little parking available right by the restaurant but there is a parking garage and lot very close by. Handicap accessible and on the first floor.

Went here on New Years Eve. Great experience as usual. Unbelievable taste and portion size. Great service and one of our favorites in the area. Highly recommend!

The best place to go for lunch for consistently good, healthy food and a more quiet place for conversation. Even during the busy dinner hour it is pretty easy to get a table and the service has always been attentive.

Great food, nice atmosphere, and excellent service. Located in the heart of the Promenade, it is easy to find, always busy with dine-in and take-out, and smells wonderful as you walk in the door. The food is Lebanese-American with traditional and vegetarian and vegan dishes. They also serve smoothies, beer, and wine. They are child-friendly with a wonderful Kids Menu. Instead of pizzas, they serve pitza, delicious dishes made on pita bread. Despite being in the Promenade, the prices are inexpensive with great service and super clean tasty food. Great place for a quick lunch while shopping or a long lunch or dinner with family and friends.

My very rare 5-star rating. Alladdin's hits all the marks: Excellent food and value for the money.and great service. I'll be back.

Food was delicious. Pitas are cheaper here than at the store. However had to wait a couple minute at the counter for service. The server was very conversational.

Food is consistently great but wait times on receiving food tend to vary and this last time pretty slow for same items ordered before and wasn't it busy.

First time visiting for lunch. The food was excellent and the price was reasonable. I had the lamb which I loved.

The help was wonderful. So the stars are for them. The food wasn't so wonderful my husband liked his but my food was dry the meat was dry I didn't care for it in any case it was just okay

Affordable and convenient for takeout, and more delicious than you’d expect something so healthy to be.

We really enjoyed ourselves during our last visit to this location. Out waitress, Joyce, was fantastic, and the food is always good. I got the summer special veggie wrap, and it was good. The baklava always tastes the best at this location. It was so pretty that I needed a picture!

Best hummus around! I've been visiting this place for years and have never had anything other than a 5 star experience! Fyi-they cook their falafel in peanut oil which is a super f'ing bummer for people like me that have a peanut allergy, but even with my allergy I still love this place!

Delicious food and excellent customer service. Though this isn't what one would truly call a taste of home, they cater to the western upper crust.
