5 year tenant split between two of their buildings in Lakewood area (the Chelsea and the Holly). Very open pet policy - welcomed our 80 pound boxer mix with open arms. The apartments have a lot of charm with fireplaces, wood floors, and crown molding. Staff was friendly and responsive (special shout-out to Rachael). Overall great experience.

RENTERS BEWARE! Terrible experience on so many levels. Very poorly run apartment complex. Paper thin walls, doesn’t matter if you make multiple noise complaints about neighbors partying til 6am regularly.they won’t do anything about it. Maintenance is rude and abrasive when they come into your home to “fix” problems if they come at all.

Don’t expect to get your full deposit back.they will charge you for anything and everything. Charged me $150 for supposedly putting “bulky items” by the dumpster, which never happened. Not worth the headache of trying to get that money back, they wouldn’t return my calls.they are snakes.

Rude, unprofessional and certainly don’t care at all about the residents. Roaches, no parking, unlocked entrances. SLUM CITY

Current resident of 1 year. Can’t wait to move. Good luck getting any work on your apartment done. Ceiling has been about to cave in for months. Put in about 5 work orders that have all been ignored. Office staff doesn’t really seem to care about tenants very much at all.

3 year tenant. Office staff are friendly and personable (shoutout Holly) and I've never had issues with maintenance work when needed (which is seldom). Most buildings they rent are the classic older lakewood style, but the 2 units I've rented have been well maintained. My 50lb dog has never been a problem with them.
