Everyone works together so well and you can tell they love our babies. They are very patient when Dugg is uncomfortable with nail trim or gland expression. He gives them kisses after because he feels so much better!

The staff and vets here are very nice and supportive everytime I need to bring my golden retriever Lily in, and they always call to check in on her the next day after a visit.

We LOVE this place! They take great care of our fur babies. They are very patient with our German Shepherds even know 1 is claustrophobic and doesn't like his nail cut. Love this place!

Affordable and the staff is amazing. Never feel pressured or judged when it comes to how we choose to care for our animals. They work with you and listen to your concerns. Our pets love them and don’t mind going to the vet anymore.

I'm from Washington state and have been to vets from there to here, and this is absolutely the BEST vet I have ever been too. Every staff member is amazing and Dr Raj is the absolute best. He has been so understanding and so helpful the whole time we have been going there. Because of him we have been able to get my kitty mittens seizures to stop, and any other problem we come across they don't just try to over charge us or charge us for anything unnecessary. Overall 5 stars in every aspect from customer service from the office ladies to vet care we receive.:)

I had the privilege of taking my kittie for care at this facility on March 16th 2023 and in the past I have taken a couple stray kitties for treatment as well.i have to say my experience was wonderful everytime! The staff and vet answered all of my questions and concerns and takes time with you, explaining everything.not rushing you in and out like cattle. Dr. Raj is one of the most patient and understanding/knowledgeable vets I have met. They staff/vet were very gentle/caring when treating my kitties. The prices were extremely reasonable compared to most local vets! Speaking to Dr. Raj you just know he is in vet medicine to help and save animals. I would highly recommend Alexis road animal hospital and have recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you Dr. Raj/staff for such fabulous work and for having such caring hearts! ️

Our experience was amazing except the fact our bill totaling over 700.00 for our outside cat getting antibiotics for a uti. Out 9 month old getting shots only was over 500.00 come back for the rest of the shots and it's a little over 200.00. I can get shots from tsc for under 50.00. I'm very sppreciative to the folks but I'll never take another dog for shots again. I'll be doing it myself

ARAH is the best vet that I have gone to in my 55 years of having animals. Dr. Raj and his staff are the best. Dr. Raj's knowledge is on spot and cures the ailments that you came to see him for. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Love Alexis Animal Hospital, My fur babies get the best care. And they are affordable. You don't have to worry if you can afford to take them in when needed.

We love Alexis Road Animial Hospital. We have been going there for almost 10 years now! They have always taken such good care of our Dog and always check in to make sure they’re doing well after their visit. Dr. Raj is the best and we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our baby.

I recently switched to Alexis Road Animal hospital. The staff is amazing! Every single person I have had an interaction with there has been friendly, caring & polite! Dr Raj was amazing, caring, gentle & listened to all my concerns! I took my dog & cat within the same week.they made me feel like they were there to help my babies.not take every penny I had. They have called to check on them. When I took my dog back for a recheck they asked me about Lennie my cat. They remembered his name & asked how he was! Outstanding place! I will & have recommended them to anyone I know with fur babies!

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and they were excellent with my fur baby. The Dr was very thorough and I appreciated that he showed me the x-rays and went into detail about everything he was showing me. Before making any decisions regarding testing/treatments, I was given a breakdown of the prices on what they thought were the needed items to take care of at the time. My dog Rosco liked them too

I will never take my animals anywhere else. Every one is very caring and compassionate. They have helped so many of my animals and I’m grateful I came across their practice.

Update: Doctor got upset about the bad review and sent a letter stating that my interactions don't align with their values and they won't be treating my dog anymore.
First: Sad that is how they treat a bad review.
Second: I really had no intention of going back.

Wish I could give a negative 5 star rating. Several issues:
CAME HOME WITH FLEAS!
1. Check in took 10 minutes - they tried to have me complete the same paperwork twice.
2. Vet came into room and immediately started poking at my dog without greeting her or me first.
3. He spent 20 minutes looking for fleas on her and 10 seconds looking at the actual reason for the visit. She did not have fleas and he did not find any.
4. Could be bothered to test he skin condition to determine whether bacteria or fungus.
5. Office visit cost: $28 (Coupon) - his recommendations for treatment $373 He was going to treat both bacteria and fungus.
6. Medication we left with he charged $30 for. Found online (everywhere) same thing for $7.7. Tried to order medication from Pet RX - does not work with them. Had to use the vet's website to reorder.
8. Medication did not work. Had to take her to a different vet.
Office staff was nice and polite. Vet no bedside manor nor interest in taking to me.

Dr. Raz and his staff are so caring and concerned about the health of your pets! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet, they will take care of you and your pets to assure that they remain healthy and happy!

Dr. Raj has been taking care of my animals for years. He’s always been through.caring and compassionate. Especially when I had to put down my Pomeranian who was 14. I was given time to grieve my baby by the staff and recieved a beautiful card that was signed by the vets and staff. I would highly recommend Alexis rd animal hospital for all your animal needs.

My mom took her dog to this vet for many years. (I urged her for years to come to my vet because it is more affordable, but this one was more convenient due to location). While she was in the hospital for emergency surgery, we had to put her dog down here. She called beforehand and said she'd handle the bill when she got out of the hospital. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very helpful and helped us get him out of the car. As soon as we got to a room the vet tech came in and asked us how we were gonna pay. And I told her my mother already made arrangements to pay after she picked up his ashes. The vet then took over 15 minutes while the dog was struggling to breathe, and in pain, to start the process. I peaked my head out to see what was taking so long and he snapped at me and said he was coming. Once my mother picked up his ashes, all it was was a plastic and cloth bag with his ashes in it. When I've had other animals put down at other vets, they usually give you a wooden box and a paw print, free of charge. This vet is extremely expensive and lacks appropriate bedside manner. I highly recommend going to a different vet.

It seems like they really like cats and that is what's important to me. I had a vet in Elkhart that I didn't think like cats that much even though they had a cat running through the hallways.

We have been taking our 2 pitbulls here since we moved to Toledo a year ago and they have been awesome! They are so good with both our super excited pitties! We recently had an issue with our older pitbull she had ear issues and I couldn't get her in so I took her to an emergency vet and what they did seem to make it worse! I called Alexis Road Animal hospital and explained the situation and they got us in that day! It's been 3 days and we are already noticing improvement and she isn't whining when we touch her ear! Would definitely recommend! They are so good with our girls!
