I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I was unable to find a Stelvio in North Carolina with the exact features and mileage I wanted, so I decided to contact this dealership to ship one down to me. I was a little nervous as this was my first time buying a car out of state, but was connected with Jared Janson who was extremely helpful before, during, and after the car was sold. Jared sent a detail video walkthrough of the car, sent me the paperwork very quickly, got the car shipped quickly, and went out of his way to answer questions for me (even after the deal was completed). The car arrived in excellent condition, and everyone I interacted with along the way (financing, title services, etc) was helpful and responded promptly. Would recommend doing business with this place!

Found a new Alfa lease $75 cheaper a month, with more options somewhere else. They didn't want to be bothered matching or beating the deal.

Re reply: Alfa Strongsville, per competition you pay the same amount for a vehicle as a smaller dealer. Clearly more volume means you rip more people off lol. It wasn't "perhaps" I did save $75 a month 36 month lease going with another dealer. Clearly I didn't buy a Stelvio from you. One star was given cause I gave you an opportunity to beat the competitive deal and you didn't.

Everything went great. Mike made it super easy. They responded quicker then any other dealership and I never felt like I was on a Rollercoaster ride. Straight to the point and that made it easy.
