We had to put our beloved pet down and went to All Creatures. Very kind and compassionate and professional service for both us and our pet.

Great vet! Always attentive to my concerns about my pets' care. A plus is they have a boarding facility on-site.

I've been using their services for many years. They are very accommodating and the techs are great with my pooch. I recommend them.

Curbside only. They come out and get your pet. Talk on cellphone. They come get your pet. Update by phone. When done they bring your pet back out to your car.
And very satisfied with treatment of my "Katie"

My dog's ear infection was treated well, and is all better. He also got his vaccines here, the veterinarian was polite and knowledgeable. However, there was a very long wait, not sure why because they have a curbside drop-off and they call you on the phone to let you know what's going on.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. All they are worried about is money, money, & money. You tell them what you have they make sure they use every bit then they tell you it will cost in the thousands of dollars. Then they say well you need to euthanize your animal. They could have saved my cat but too busy worrying about charging thousand of dollars instead of helping the animals. Strongly don’t recommend to anyone!

I love Dr. Leap, He is so personable and friendly. It’s a busy practice and I know they deal with many emergencies. Dr. Leap still takes time for a well check and answers any questions you may have. I’ve also lost 2 pets, one unexpectedly and 1 was my 18 year old cat, he was ready. They have the utmost compassion when caring for the loss of our fur babies. The wait can be longer sometimes, but, that’s expected with emergencies all around. Maggie and I will continue to see Dr. Leap.

Dr. Dan Meakin and his staff went above and beyond 2 weeks ago for our family dog Sadie (9 yr old Neapolitan Mastiff). They did an after hours GDV (twisted stomach) surgery because our family vet unfortunately didn’t have enough staff/time that day and the emergency vet was so costly that we couldn’t afford it. After coming to the realization that we may have to put her down, (given the situation and her age as a large breed dog), we reached out to All Creatures with a hope and prayer and they gladly answered! Thank goodness! Sadie went through surgery fine and recovered like a champ! All Creatures was calling me with updates while inpatient and follow ups after discharge to make sure she was ok. More so, just prior to us finding out Sadie needed surgery and after she was brought home, she was able to give comfort by laying at my mom’s bedside during her last days here on earth. That’s priceless! Thank you All Creatures Dr. Dan Meakin and all the staff (Lauren and Georgia) for allowing us to have our Sadie home and well!

I don’t appreciate being accused of lying to try and get a hundred dollars back. I would gladly pay that and more if Kylo was alive and with someone else. As I have said many times now just keep the money and take Kylo off your reminder list it’s so painful to think about how he’s not alive to get routine things done such as his teeth cleaned or get a shot. It’s been a painful loss and I have cried many tears due to his passing.you can be as nasty as you want but Kylo is dead and has been since the day after he jumped out our window on January 1st.
That is just the latest issue I had with All Creatures. There have been many concerns through the years. For example I had Kylo neutered when we first got him and the vet was also supposed to take a place off his leg to make sure it wasn’t cancer. When I picked him up they had not taken the place off his leg so the poor dog had to go back through another surgery to remove the spot.
We had another incident where Kylo needed stitches I took him in on a Friday morning at 7: 00am to get his wound stitched since he was going to be in the kennel for the week. I called on Saturday to see how he was doing and I found out he not even seen a vet. I was told that I now was going to need to pay extra to have him stitched on Saturday. When I asked why he wasn’t looked on Friday since I brought him out there at 7 in the morning the lady became very rude and told me I should have brought him on Thursday evening. I had to explain that my youngest was bit by another dog and I had to take him to Children’s to make sure he was ok.
I have way to much going on in my life to be accused of lying and be harassed by the vet on whether my dog is dead. It was also very upsetting that you accuse me of being neglectful on my dog’s injury when I brought him as soon as I could. It seems to be a way to deflect your own mistake. That seems to be a pattern. You can look that up in your documentation. I’m done with this conversation. My recommendation to anyone reading this is to go somewhere else where your integrity won’t be attacked and you will get equally as good if not better Care for your pet. The good did not out weigh the bad. This experience has been down right painful.

Your “legal documentation” is obviously inaccurate. Your defensiveness and failure to do any follow up with me says a lot about how you handle problems with your customers. We unsuccessfully tried to rehome Kylo in the fall. Whomever took that call must have miss understood the sequence of events. I can prove his death, and please stop questioning our integrity. I noticed you didn’t ask for any proof.you stick with your inaccurate assumption that your customer is lying. I sincerely hope your office can learn something from this.

Update: Kylo died on 1/2/18. I know this as a fact because I had to take a day off work to handle the situation myself. This was a very traumatic event (and still is) for our entire family because Kylo was a huge part of our lives. I would be more than happy to provide the proof. He was disposed at the Hamilton County SPCA. This documentation was never requested by your office. It’s very startling that you would make assumptions and question our integrity. We have paid for four months of care since his death.it’s not about the money to me, but how poorly you have handled this.

Original post: Do not buy into their pet wellness plans. Our dog died, and they continue to charge the monthly fee four months after his death. We have talked to their staff three times and the charges are still coming. They just lost a loyal long time customer.

I removed my comment because I received a personal phone call from the owner (months ago but now leaving another one because of a more recent experience). The first review I left I got a call saying "I dont appreciate you leaving bad reviews about my practice" he also accused me of lying and having my times off. I will never go here again.all my friends and family hate this unorganized, dirty, facility. Your appt at 11? Expect to leave at 3pm. You want pain medicine for your female kitten who just got spayed? Theyll say no then call and say they forgot it. (that happened twice). I really appreciate everything this facility does for foster animals and shelters. And honestly its probably not the staff either, they look extremely short handed. I reccomend all creatures animal hospital.not this facility though. Hope this helps.only leaving this review because I love animals.or else I wouldnt waste my time.hoping not to get another phone call.

Dr Dan Meakin saved my cats life and is a wonderful vet and person. I highly recommend trusting him with your pets. Prices all fair. Giving 4 stars because up front staff and customer service reps have unnecessary attitudes.

All creatures is sooo overpriced. Wondered why so many vets around area now. Found others way cheaper and best for my furry spoiled animal that is more like a child.

Well, the first visit we had was great, they took care of our baby. But we went in a week later for a checkup and waited in the room for over an hour. We never even saw the doctor. After losing an hour of our time, we just left. Apparently they forgot about us.so, needless to say, I'm not certain I'll be back with our other dog if we're just going to be forgotten about.

I have entrusted the veterinarians at All Creatures Animal Hospital with the care of all my pets since 1999. Very good with all types of animals furry, feathered, and scaly plus more. Always caring and compassionate.

They are so friendly and do a wonderful job with their animals. Their care plans for pets are amazing as well. Pro tip. Buy something at Kroger so you can get 50% off of their sign up fees for getting the wellness plan. It's on the back of the receipt. I save so much money for awesome care.

One of the best vets in the area, with specialists focusing on everything with fur, feathers, or scales. Friendly, courteous staff. Incredibly pleased with All Creatures.

This is the main location for All Creatures. Dr. Dan is my vet and he has taken care of my cats and ferrets. Great guy, very honest and knowledgeable. I always recommend him to others.
