Very unprofessional and unorganized, the receptionist are rude and disrespectful. I scheduled an appointment for 12pm and got there 9 minutes late and they canceled my entire appointment! When arriving after my 45 minute drive from Kentucky they said that I had canceled my own appointment, which was never true! The “technician” I was supposed to see was only working a half day and since arriving 9 minutes past my appointment time they canceled the whole visit! I have spent thousands of dollars with this vet clinic between my three dogs and this was just mind blowing. I will definitely be taking my money and pets elsewhere I will never be back to that place! They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience of me driving 45 minutes to an appointment they canceled themselves! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL!

I was impressed with Dr. Kim W at All Creatures. I brought a hedgehog to her for a second opinion after months of trying to get an illness under control through another vet. She took the time to really observe him and think about the intricacies of his condition. Due to the pandemic, I waited in my car during the exam, but she called me and spent a while talking about her diagnosis and treatment option. There aren't many vets with hedgehog experience so having Dr. Kim around is wonderful!

We have been taking our pets here for years. We've never had an issues getting our animals right in when they were sick. Now since this pandemic you can never get an appointment unless you can go weeks out. They do offer to charge an extra 10 to get you in the same day, Let's make a quick buck during the pandemic. Way to go, im glad you care about my pet!

We brought our "Kitty" in this week for a groom. She was a rescue and very badly matted. We had tried ourselves to cut the mats out and shave her but in the end we decided that getting her groomed would be best. Kitty is also very scared and hates all people besides us. All Creatures was pleasant every time we spoke on the phone and when we took our kitty in they were very very nice! We were nervous wrecks while she was there but we got her back within a few hours and after kitty was home for a bit she was so happy and so loving. Having those mats off of her must be amazing! She has been rubbing on everything and is much happier. We can't thank All Creatures enough! We appreciate you so much! Thank you for being nice, caring and timely!:)

I have taken my animals here for years and today, I called for hours with absolutely no response. I found another emergency clinic to see my kitten today. He has a broken pelvis and this vet clinic didn't answer. Called for hours! I will never go back! They don't care about our babies, only money. And the groomer has no business trying to groom dogs! I wouldn't say anything negative accept my kitten has broken bones and was crying in pain and All creatures was not available to help! Avoid them!

Has seen my English Bulldog several times over the past two years Dr. Dan is very rough with handling my dogs ears and eyes. Most recent trip on 1/14/2020 led to imaging for breathing issues. Dr. Dan's diagnosis after 1 hr was "Fluid in lungs, Mass in lung, Probably Cancer, Heavy indicators of Cancer in spine. Options #1 Put the dog down and end suffering #2 take him to specialist and pay up to $50,000 for treatment that dog wont survive". I took the dog to the specialist 4 hrs of treatment and care. Specialist said Yes to Mass in lung, No to Fluid in lungs, No to Cancer in spine, 100% No need to put the dog down! $350 bill from Dr. Dan for 1 hr and the Specialist took pity on me for the emotional trauma caused by Dr. Dan and charged me a $50 administration fee. Stay away from Dr. Dan! I will be notifying the Anderson Chamber of Commerce and anyone else I meet in the area to STAY AWAY!

I had an opportunity to meet the staff at the Anderson location of All Creatures Animal Hospital today. It was not an ideal situation for a visit and quite stressful after we found an animal that was in great need of immediate care but didn't belong to us. I called 10 other veterinarians, explaining that this was not our animal but we felt obligated to seek some kind of treatment due to the dire circumstances. None of the other vets were able to accommodate, including our own. Kirby, a member of the front office staff, said she would check with the vet and call us back. She called back almost immediately and said to head their way and they would work it out. As an animal advocate and the mother of six fur-babies of our own, I can truly say that I have never felt more welcomed then I felt today. We've been with our current vet for 20+ years and they are convenient to our home and treat our pets well so we probably won't switch right now. But after my experience today, I would not hesitate to recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital to anyone that lives near one of their locations. I found their facility clean and lively, their staff empathetic and kind and their treatment of our situation loving and nothing short of medically professional. Shout out to Kirby, along with all of the staff at the Anderson location! You really made an impression on us today that is much appreciated and will be long remembered.

I took my lizard here for scale issues. It is a very bizarre issue so I wasn’t suprised that I didn’t find the answer I have been searching for for years now. I actually had a really good experience. The vet took his time with me and explained his thought process clearly. The only reason I am giving them one less star is because they said they would call me after consulting with another vet.and then never called:/ I realize I could have called and people get busy. But Ive actually never had a vet not call when they said they would.

Horrible place. I had a new kitten that likes to play and bite and she is spoiled rotten and gets unconditional love. The doctor tried to tell us that she was so mean that she must be abused and tried to accuse us of abusing our cat. She’s a baby kitten? She is going to scratch and bite and she gets attention like no one else we would never abuse or hurt our animals we love them. Needless to say we will never go back there ever again.

Terribly expensive, overpriced and every single employee pushed the "puppy/dog package" on me at least half a dozen times within 20 minutes. The attitudes there were cold and matter of fact. All they seemed to care about was upselling an outrageously expensive "care package". I will never take my animals or my business here again.

Haven't even been there and already don't like it! The only reason I called ALL CREATURES is because I figured they treated ALL CREATURES, I called seeing if they would look at my sick chameleon and the lady said NO no reptiles and they couldn't even recommend me a place to take my reptiles. First off this is false advertising and second, what kind of pet clinic can't even recommend a certain place. How unprofessional. But that's ok I have no problem sticking to my clermont county pet clinic! Thanks!

Having just read David Evans review, I could hardly believe he was talking about the hospital where I have worked for 18 years. I actually wonder if he reviewed the correct hospital. Of course All Creatures was named such because they do see All Creatures. Dr Meakin has a special interest in exotics and especially snakes and all types of lizard and is sought for his expertise. No one at this hospital would ever refuse to make an appointment for a gecko and most importantly would not have to refer to anyone else.

Made an appointment and still waited an hour. They ended up prescribing my dog who has severe arthritis, aspirin. So here I am 400 dollars poorer and my dog is still in pain.

They treat our dog like it is their pet! We went to pick up Chloe and discovered she was in the vetrenarian office.sitting on her lap.

This is the only place we take our animals. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, and the price is fair and economical. We've been with them for years, and they've helped every one of our cats and dog.

I brought my little min pin in to them on a Sunday. We thought she was dying. But they discovered she had diabetes and treated her. She lived for another 2 years then developed cancer. We loss her at that point. They did a wonderful job. They were caring and compassionate in our time of need. I want to thank them for all of their help and kindness.

Dr. Dan Meakin is an amazing veterinarian. He takes his job extremely seriously, and will find a way to help make his patients feel better.

We have been clients of All Creatures for about 10 years; the veterinarians and staff are always caring and helpful. You can tell they all love animals and really care about them; it's not "just a job" it is a calling. Thanks!

Excellent place, we've been visiting this All Creatures location for several years now. Originally we visited the Amelia location but now we tend to visit the Anderson one. There is no drop-off from the main branch, this Anderson office is top-notch in all that they do as well.

I recently had hip x-rays done on my dog and I couldn't have been happier with the process. The All Creatures staff took care of everything to include sending the x-rays off to the OFA for rating. The same day I received an email of the x-rays to keep in my file and was given Dr. Meakin's opinion regarding them. The staff continued to follow up with the OFA to find out if my results were and in and I was kept informed the entire time. Thanks!
