You can keep lying to yourself and the police and play the female victim card Sally. I got the antibiotics that I needed and a refill instead of getting SCAMMED BY YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON SKIN ISSUES.

Good luck getting your pets records transferred over to another facility. I was told my pets xrays were no longer veiwable due to them being older records. 6 years old? Really, your system can't go back 6 years? Our current vets office laughed at that statement as they have access to all records from any year for any service the client has paid for. Sounds like someone is salty that we left their practice. We needed them transferred due to our senior pet no longer travels well and can no longer tolerate the drive to this location. Considering how our situation was handled and how inconsiderate this office is, you can keep our records and I will gladly pay for new ones at a facility that truly cares for us as well as our pets well being!

I've always had great experiences with All Creatures but this last time I saw a different doctor and, I'm sorry to say, she was useless. My cat is sick and retaining a lot of fluid. Doc tried to pick him up around his stomach (which probably hurt) and he bit her (which I AM sorry for.) But after that she wouldn't do any kind of tests (blood draw, ultrasound, nothing) to try and figure out what the underlying problem is. She referred us to another doctor. I will not be going back for either my dog or my cat. It's a shame because I always liked it there.

This Clinic would rather steal your money and let your loved ones suffer. If you love your pet stay away from here.

Thank you for the compassion and care you showed us with the loss of our cat, Oreo. We are forever grateful for your kindness that you showed all of our family.

Dr. Jackson and everyone I encountered were positive, compassionate, and top of the line professional. Dr. Jackson spoke directly to me throughout her evaluation of my cat’s condition. I was never separated from him during the entire visit and I am completely confident in the doctor’s prescribed treatment plan. I come from 25 miles away to this facility and they are worth it!

I attempted to call the Rittman office after they opened and was unable to speak to anyone. I was trying to make an appointment for my dog's rabies vaccination because they let it expire without notifying me even though I was there 2 weeks prior to the expiration date. Not happy at all!

Following a shockingly bad situation with another veterinarian, we came to All Creatures on the advice of our dog groomer in Wadsworth. We found the facility ready and able to handle just about anything, with highly competent vets (4!) who are up on the latest theories and have read and formed their own opinions. The point is that I see active interest and enthusiasm for providing cutting edge/very good care.

I add to that a dedicated staff at the front desk, vets' assistants, and someone named Amanda who 'gets' my jokes. Prices are decent. Special features include an awareness for others when someone's pet is being put down, with a request for respect and quiet; excellent pre-surgical prep instructions, and willingness to teach clients how to do injections and other treatment processes instead of always having to go to the vet for them. In all, I find them highly invested in patient and owner awareness and well-being. Anyone who has asked me has been given this information about them.

Best Veterinary Practice this side of the North Pole- Dr. Emily Jackson & Dr. Larry Markley are truly one of a kind. You will not find a vet that goes above and beyond any more than these two. Top notch facility- and incredible staff.

Dr. Jackson sees my guinea pigs and she is the most kind, informed, and skilled vet I have ever been to. She goes above and beyond for my little fur babies, especially since most vets won't see exotic pets. She is always continuing her education and learning new things about exotics. She is very up to date. Prices are very reasonable at this clinic. I HIGHLY recommend!

We are so happy with the care our puppy, Penny, has received at All Creatures! The staff is very friendly and the vets are outstanding (Penny loves Dr. Fitzwater!). You can tell they are genuinely compassionate about the animals (and the families) in their care. Over the summer, our dog became very ill. Through tests we found out it was something she was born with. The Drs.worked together to figure out what was wrong with our sweet pup and provied the best care possible. Without them, I honestly don't think our sweet girl would still be with us. We will forever be grateful for All Creatures!

Absolutely terrible. Family went on vacation for a week and my dad would call every other day to check on our dog. They Told him he was getting better & doing great. Went to pick him up & he lost SEVEN POUNDS in one week.lied to us on how he was doing and didn’t get the proper care he needed. He looks totally different.

I have taken my dog Savage to All Creatures Day Care since June 2017. I also took my previous dog, Stubbs there, from 2014 - 2017.

On Friday, June 12,2019, I got Savage out of my car, on his leash, in the parking lot. I was closing my truck door when Savage started barking. I turned around and a loose Black Lab with no leash on had run up to Savage and had started jumping around, trying to play. Both Savage and I were startled and I quickly grabbed Savage's collar to keep the situation from escalating and tried to shoo the Black Lab away. A lady walked by a few seconds later and said "Sorry about that. " and continued to walk her dog in the parking lot and grass without a leash on. I did not respond to this lady, as I was upset and figured it would be best not to say anything at all. I took Savage inside quickly and complained to the girl who came to take him to the back. I asked to speak to the manager of the lodge, but she was not in yet so I asked to have her call me. I was upset when I went back to my truck and noticed the lady with the Black Lab was just then putting a leash on her dog.

The manager of the Lodge called me around lunch time and informed me that they do not have leash policies for their parking lot, nor can they enforce them in their parking lot. I let her know I was disappointed, as that seems dangerous for the dogs when cars are pulling in and out, and not all dogs handle other dogs running up to them well. I thought we ended the call with a mutual understanding that leash rules would not be enforced in the parking lot and that was it.

On Monday evening, July 15,2019, I received a letter from the Manager of the practice/lodge stating that since we were obviously not happy with the services of the daycare that we would not be welcomed back. The letter stated that it was to be taken as a clear  indicator that we were no longer welcome at the Daycare. I was surprised so I left a message that evening on the phone and sent a Facebook message, asking for contact information for the Manager of the practice/lodge.

I called again on Monday, July 22 and dialed the extension for the Manager of the practice/lodge. A receptionist answered, I asked for the Manager of the practice/lodge and was told she was in the office, but after I gave my name, she was somehow no longer available.

I called Tuesday, June 23,2019 and got a refund for my balance of the package for daycare days I had purchased.

I never heard back from the Manager of the practice/lodge. I can only wonder if the person I complained about was someone in upper management and decided to retaliate against me in this manner.

I have been a customer of the Vet Clinic, Lodge, and Daycare for over 7 years and the very least I expected from this situation was an explanation. To cut a loyal customer off with absolutely no explanation is unprofessional. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services to others.

We just had our beagle boarded with All Creatures for the weekend. They did a very good job taking care of her! We have taken our dogs to Dr Markley for years and have not been disappointed!

Some people commenting complain about their prices or the fact that All Creatures does not take payments for services. In my opinion, the prices are fair. My Labrador and Beagle have always recieved top notch care here. If the office allowed anyone to come in and make payments for services, the Vet's would never collect a dime!

Dr. Emily Jackson is a wonderful care provider for our pet mouse and rattie! She goes above and beyond to help and be supportive! The support staff and front desk are prompt and courteous. Thank you!

This place will send a sympathy letter when your dog passes away. They care so much that they will then send you notices for the dog that has passed 6 months later. I quit going to this dump a long time ago. I suggest you do too.
