They came out and got my drain open the two young men that came out where kind and courtesy will use them a again

They sent out one of the most fine plumbers I’ve ever seen in my life! Not only was he one of the most handsome men I have ever seen but he is so smart he explained everything to a T.and really delivered the transparency. I’m kind of glad that the county was being a little wild with me because it meant he had to come out twice and both times he explained everything really well. As well as the “A” service I received with customer service I would do it again if I had to.shout out to Dalton you’re the best!

David Alexander and his partner hooked me up. I had a horrible experience with roto rooter. They fixed in 3 minutes what roto couldn't do in 2 hours. NOT MAKING THIS UP! Highly recommend All Drains.

Tyler, the technician, was great! It did not take him long to replace the mechanism causing my shower faucet to get stuck pouring out cold water. I will call them the next time I have plumbing issues.

Dalton the technician was great. Company said he would be here by 6pm & didn’t show till 10: 45pm because he was busy fixing other jobs. Would like a more accurate time estimate but all in all. Price was fair & most importantly my plumbing was fixed.

Buckeye plumbing responded quickly and had a technician on site in less than a day. Corey did an excellent job and worked efficiently to find and fix two burst water pipes in our walls in under 3 hours. His repairs were quick and required minimal holes in our walls. Their timeliness and professionalism allowed my wife and I to move back into our home much earlier than expected. Thanks Buckeye Plumbing!

First off I’d like to say they did a great job finding the problem and repairing it in a timely matter. Secondly William is a genuinely great owner of this fine company. When there was a small issue at hand he was very understanding and wasted no time to make it right. They have definitely earned a loyal customer for life.

Buckeye Plumbing did an amazing job at swapping out my old tank water heater in the attic for a new tankless water heater in the garage. They were detail oriented and meticulous the entire time. I can be a perfectionist sometimes which is a problem for a lot of the "good enough" contractors out there, but with Corey and Nate it felt like we were on the same page the whole time. Corey worked with me to provide multiple solutions and once we settled on one they got to work immediately to make it look and work exactly like I asked.

They worked from 9am to 9pm to make sure that I was able to get my water and gas back on, and then showed back up the next day to get rid of the old water heater. Never once during that time did the quality of work suffer and never once was their attitude down in the dumps. They were also extremely respectful to my family, pets, and house while they were here.

If you are looking for people who take pride in their work, have a great attitude, and don't charge a ridiculous price, then these are your guys. I will definitely be using them the next time I have a plumbing problem.

Tech more interested in taking pictures and talking on phone rather thAn fixing the problem.
Never cleaned the drain.demanded money even if the drain still plugged.
