All My Sons Moving & Storage, Hilliard OH

This has been hands down the absolute worst experience and if I could write 100 negative reviews I would. My items are damaged and my previous apart has a hole. The claims specialist Joe Casarez signed has not called me one time and I have requested a call more than 5x Today I get an email saying there's a delay due to a balance. This balance is certain unbeknownst to me! And the claims guy will not call me to speak about the process or what is needed or why there is a supposed balance or anything to delay this already terrible process. This is absolutely terrible considering I do not owe, I paid over the phone AND the damages happened and Shamaarke forgetting my bed and desk and I waited two days for that to be delivered! Not to mention leaving the saran wrap at my place even after telling the additional AMS movers to get what was left, they left it there too!
Absolutely terrible customer service and moving experience. I thought I have seen bad before.this takes the cake.

Why would I ever ever pay a dime to someone or a company who operates this way. I at first was thankful since they worked me on costs for the delay and apparently (damages happening but not telling me) but to not tell me the damages even happened, and how I had I found them makes this WHOLE thing so much worse. Absolutely 0 stars for how this has been handled. If I could go back I wouldn't of selected All my Sons. Now I have to be charged for rent for another month waiting for repairs to be approved for a wall that's damaged thanks to this company. As a single mother this is beyond infuriating and I haven't called perosn out their name but have been cordial with every voice-mail I have left or people I spoke with thus far.

My movers were very attentive to my concerns and took excellent pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone. #Koby and Thomas

The moving crew were very professional in handling my household goods. Alex Zimmerman ensure all of my items were delivered to my new home without damage. The moving crew also were very expedite in loading and unloading my household items. Everything that had to be dissemble was reassemble at my new home. Thanks Alex.

Koby Fultz, Deandre, and Alec were a great team. A professional group that worked diligently. I recommend All My Sons and would ask for these three again!

My constructive feedback would be in the intake process. Asking for inventory over the phone two days before felt like a game of speed questions and no visual validation from me that what was written down was accurate. A form that we could fill out with time to get a more accurate list would be most efficient for all. The team had to go back for a load equivalent to a cargo van full of stuff.

It’s been a two months and still no credit back from being over billed by almost 2 hours. Things were said to be wrapped but nothing was wrapped and much damage done. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt but now things are a bit out of hand. I would encourage a different company to move with.

Three men helped me with my move. They were very nice, professional, efficient, and had great communication. I highly recommend them!

I normally don’t leave reviews but this is the worst moving company ever I booked with them because I was moving n I’m 9 months pregnant I’m actually writing this review during labor. The company was suppose to come n help me move Saturday September 9th between 7am to 9am when I booked they charged me $100 deposit. So on the 9th they called me 5mins before 8am telling me they had a lot of no call no shows so they can’t help me move that day I couldn’t go with a different day because my husband works 7days a.week n requested that Saturday off so we could move n they cancelled on us saying there’s nothing they can do besides refund my $100. My husband called my bro who had to call off from work n they went to get a Uhaul n we got family members that helped us move stuff due to being 9months pregnant I couldn’t lift anything. The company wouldn’t compensate us for cancelling on us on the same day at the last hour.so on that Saturday they told me they refunded my deposit n I will get it 5-7 business days. So since tomorrow is Saturday which will make it a week n I didn’t get my money back I decided to just call them n verify just to be told that they will refund me now because they never refunded me to begin with. SO IF U WANT A EASY N SUCCESSFUL N STRESS FREE MOVE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM SPECIALLY THEY WONT EVEN GIVE U HR NUMBER TO COMPLAIN TO. I CANT BELIEVE IM HAVING TO DEAL WITH THIS WHILE IM IN LABOR SERIOUSLY.

First the two young men that FINALLY got to my place were absolutely amazing! Overworked & yet still had an amazing attitude. I'd give them 5 stars if I could! But this company is trash! I was told one thing & then the day of the move waited over 6 hours! No communication. I tried every single number & no one answered. Never got any emails or nothing.
I finally got a call telling me I'd be next in a few hrs. I was told I was the second move the day of, quoted initially the first one. Then told there was yet another move before me & it would be 3 hrs later. NOPE! SIX HOURS LATER! I can not recommended or would never use this horrible sorry company again! The mangers should be fired! They need to revamp their practices! I went against my better judgment & hired a company without reading the reviews! I usually don't do that & will not make that mistake again. It's a travesty that people can't have a decent company anymore! I don't need a recorded automated genaric response either with their laughable statements that they care about their customers & blah blah blah.because they don't! -5stars!

Gabriel Austin was friendly and professional! He was great in helping move a piano and two mattresses with care. I will be calling All My Sons moving and storage again for service. I highly recommend them.

0 out of 5 if possible. Beware! They canceled our move the morning of. Only offered a $50 coupon and 1/2 price fuel charge for midweek move.

Move went very smoothly! Koby and his crew were professional, courteous and went above and beyond during the whole process! Definitely recommend!

Our first quote was for two movers at $159/hour. Two days prior to our move, we were called to go over the details of what the movers would and would not be able to accomplish as well as what the remaining items in the home were. We had rented a U-Haul prior and moved the majority of our home ourselves, we just needed help with a couple of large items in the basement and garage as well as three large items in the main space. I was then told they suggested three movers which bumped up our hourly rate to $219/hour. I was told of the items they would not move etc. When the movers arrived to meet my husband, they immediately told him that we can tip them when we pay, that was off putting. They loaded our items and came to our new house to unload. For the most part, they were ok with our items. We were told by All My sons that we would be able to leave items in drawers and or storage cabinets no problem etc. So we did. What we didn't expect was for the movers to place these items on their sides, which then made everything in the drawers fall behind the drawers and get jumbled. Such as our dressers. When we received our bill, they charged us 15 minutes extra for their arrival time, and sat in the moving truck for a few minutes when they were done which increased their departure time. I called and was refunded for the 15 minutes.

Excellent service and great care with my furniture. Cory Lee did a great job managing the move of my furniture items. Would definitely hire them again.
