Customer service is great and the staff is friendly. I love that they provide a lock at no extra cost. It’s a high quality lock - not a cheap one that can easily break. I love that the place is locked. I bought a heated storage unit. I’m so happy that it is heated. Overall - a great experience!

We used the facility for our business supplies for our crew for a little over a year and they were absolutely phenomenal. Anytime I had an issue, Tom was on top of it!

Was told our rate was locked in due to us being there before it was sold. That was a lie and they keep going up. We took all of our stuff out.

Very nice facility! I was able to rent a unit online without having to even go in and I really like that I have access 24/7. They even helped me get a lock for my unit. Very happy so far!
