All Wash Laundromat, Toledo OH

If I could give zero stars I would. The business has changed ownership and "hours of operation" are a joke. The previous couple that ran this, were always there as advertised and kept the place clean and functioning well. If the new mgmt is not open twice as advertised it's a coincidence, and three times there is a problem. I called yesterday to check and was told they would be open at 7: 30 am on Sunday. The woman said yes it would be. I waited half an hour and no one showed up (aside from other disappointed customers). Don't be fooled if they blame it on staffing. If staff is bad, the owner should step up.

Almost never opened when they say they are. Do not plan a schedule around their attendance. They show up to work when they want to, not when they post they will be open.

Racist! The worker thinks I’m racist in reality he is racist I’m pregnant he would not let me use the bathroom he watched me wash my hands and fill up my bucket w water he would not let me have my privacy in the bathroom I left and came back to pick up my clothesline to put them in dryer he offered to help me I denied his help he instantly called me racist I’m Nigerian he told me to my face “I see the evil in you people eyes” Yelling at me mind you I’m 6 months pregnant

If I could put 0 stars I would.first off no bathroom and I had 10 minutes left on my dryer and some one took almost $450 worth of jeans out of my dryer and I ask them nicely to play back the cameras and they told me no.the worst place ever DONT GO. FYI THEY SAID THE CAMERAS DONT WORK THERE!

If I coukd give 0 stars I would. Manager very rude and aggressive towards females (just my experience) amongst other things. I never plan on visiting this Laundromat ever again

Hey guys! I normally do my laundry here every week! Well today the washer ate quarters! First time it did it I said something. It was fifty cent. The owner said he would check the cameras over fifty cent. Which was a waste of my time I just wanted to start my load. So I said nevermind. The second time it ate over a dollar I said pls give me the dollar I need to start it since your machines are old and are stealing people's money! He proceeded to throw his hands up in my face and tell me I was putting the quarters in wrong. Well I gently do this and after being screamed at I'm a bit shaky. I returned his $1.00 since he basically felt I cared about a dollar. When I did that HE TOLD ME TO GO TO A WHITE PEOPLE LAUNDRY MAT! This is what keeps racism going. I literally only come here because it's around the corner from my house and easy. I've also been coming here for over a month. Now I won't! I'm also filing a complaint with the bbb!

Dryer doors rattle so heat escapes and have to spend more quarters. Never clean counters, no bathroom for public use during Covid so can't wash hands which will spread Covid because everyone coughing touching surfaces like washer and dryer door handles and carts. Majority of dryers do not heat properly.

I understand that the owner is only human, but he needs to either open on time or update the laundromat's hours.

They take really good care of the place. Sweet people. Never had an issue with the washers or dryers, never an issue on how my clothes come out. Best laundromat
