Alley Cat Oyster Bar, Cleveland OH

The view was really nice and relaxing. Strawberry lemonade with jalapeño purée was okay. Things that went bad: French fries were over cooked and poke bowl with spicy tuna was not up to par. The tuna was plain. The ally cat sauce taste like Big Mac sauce. The only thing that were good was the clam chowder, Cesar salad and Michelob Ultra. Not a rerun place for me.

Hosted a rehearsal dinner and was very impressed with the entire staff at Alley Cat! From first contact to finish they were accommodating and went above and beyond to make this a wonderful event. They took great care of younger children and had no problem when we added 5 people who made it into town earlier than expected. Food was fantastic pork steak portion was huge, mahi-mahi, a to die for poke bowl but can’t say enough about lobster Mac & Cheese and the duck fat popcornWe will see you for the baby shower.

I was very happy with location, food and service.
Pricelevel on the higer lever however.

Went to a bar across the street rum runners it was joke. Went here got amazing service and amazing food. 4.5 so close to a 5

What can I say about this place.
Danny, the hostess was amazing. Joe and Sophia, our servers made sure we were looked after on a busy day, July 4th.
The food was delicious and perfect portion.
I ordered the grouper dinner, so fresh and cooked to perfection. If you're ever in Cleveland, visit The Flats area and eat here, Alley Cat Oyster Bar.

Great selection of Oysters. Visited prior to a concert and has great quick service at the Bar.

Was there for a baby shower and thought the salmon fish was absolutely delicious, great location, great service!

This and Don's lighthouse are the best places in the flats for food, atmosphere, service.

Restaurant view was amazing perfect for date night, but I think the food was little too overpriced!

Nice setup! Went for a catered birthday party. Nice atmosphere. Onlyndown fall was the bloody Mary. Nothing special was added to it and I had to asl for my hot sauce. The blueberry basil cocktail was tasty though!

Food, service, atmosphere all 3 were just what I hoped for. The crab cake, corn, old bay fries, and keylime pie were all top notch, so I imagine everything is as well! Yum.

Wonderful waiter Anthony and I went to bathroom new busboy took my food they quickly offered to replace it I didn’t take the plate as it would have been wasteful I was full from wonderful meal goooo ally cat staff

Waitress was condescending to us. They took our drinks while we were watching the fireworks. We will never come back, overcharged us on drinks.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING food, best EVER! SEAFOOD WAS SECOND TO NONE, even from a New Englander! Grouper tasted as fresh as I’ve had in Florida, lobster mashed potatoes were laden with lobster, poke bowl was huge and delish. Amanda, our waitress, divided up our entrees, Caesar salad and shared meals without us even asking… LOVED HER!
Prices were absolutely reasonable…ohhh did I mention the cocktails? I give this SIX stars out of five. THANK YOU
Our atmosphere was PERFECT out on the patio until a boatload of attention seekers were blaring music…LOUD and extremely
inappropriate. I would never let this stop us from coming back, and I would come back in a HEARTBEAT!

Delicious. There forvacwedding brunch. The Bloody Mary from the fun bar setup packed a punch!

The food is always fresh and delicious however the hostess Danny was very rude and unpleasant. I had a reservation, I arrived on time and once I inquired about table seating options she dismissed me as though she had no care about my reservation or anything I was saying for that matter. It made feel very uncomfortable, thankfully another hostess was there to help. She found a nice table on the patio and seated me right away. The server lacked enthusiasm but she was efficient nonetheless. Yummy oysters!

Great spot on the water in the Flats! We had a great time here. We only had some raw oysters and a few drinks, but everything was good! The rooftop is a good spot to hang out if the weather is nice. Can’t wait to go back!
