This place is a joke. The CCM Matt Carson is never there. THE ACCM Devin Fisher is at home more than he is at work. Then supervisor Brooke Pate is a backstabbing liar. They play favorites. Or if you are on a client they like that makes them money they care and bend over backwards, if you aren't well good luck. When your on a client that you do all the work. None from the supervisor other than correcting your mispunched time or PTO.she then gets mad when SHE doesn't get the recognition for improvement when she wasn't the one that did anything for the improvement. Just the hard work of the agents that had to figure it out on there own. Because not the CCM, ACCM or Supervisor know the project or care to learn it. You have to do it all yourself. They make the agents train the new people but don't pay them to do so, and is the only project they do this for. Every other project has a trainer. She lies on forms saying she does side by side coaching but has never done so. If you did do anything wrong they wouldn't even be able to coach you as they themselves don't know nor do they care to learn. They ignore people who fail HIPAA which is against the law as well. Going to HR is a joke. They ignore most things and sometimes threaten you. Which Devin Fisher did. I'd watch your pay because they will hire people in making more than you and you have to fight like hell to be paid the same. And when they fire a person because a supervisor says something but FAILS to actually do an investigation and ask the other people in the room? Then do an actual investigation and find out that nothing that was said actually occurred. So if you work here watch your backs. Especially if you have to do anything with Matt Carson, Devin Fisher or Brooke Pate.

Don't apply to this company. Garylea set up a time to interview over the phone at 11am, pushed it back to 1pm then never called. Looking at the other reviews it seems they have a history of treating people horribly.

Very disappointed with this company. HR needs to step it up for their employees. They currently have some upper management treating their staff horribly. No excuse for calling staff stupid, making bias comments or being proud of your hurtful behavior. Managers who behave in this manner do not deserve to have the position.

Their disorganized, dishonest and unprofessional. The supervisors does what they want w no consequences.when they offer you a job they’ll tell you, you can eventually work from home… That’s a lie. And the agents are slaved all day to take over 150-200 calls a day. Your only paid 15 a hr to jump through hoops and your routinely reminded of a bonus that you’ll never obtain. The Hr and company sucks at communicating, you can’t get in contact w anyone by number and the Toledo office is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! I could go on and on. These are All facts ask anyone that has worked there…
