Allied Behavioral Health Services reviews
7The whole place is professional, nice and helpful. I was matched with Jeff and he is very professional and truly amazing. When my world was falling apart and I was becoming depressed, he helped me pick myself back up and get out of that deep dark hole I was starting to crawl inside of. I give this clinic 5 stars so far no issues!
Our experiences have been amazing. Allied’s team have been game changers in our lives!
Staff is professional, friendly and does a great job communicating. So far we’ve had a great experience with Emily!
This place really doesn’t help their patients and only listen to other people and just wants to prescribe meds in my opinion the therapist shouldn’t be a therapist at all
Staff was helpful, even helped with a billing issue. Not sure why there was a miscommunication with one review about COVID communication.maybe they were struggling through this time too? Saw them before "all of this" and met with someone I'd highly recommend. Matched up will with her after asking questions.
I was recommended here from the Cleveland Clinic for psychiatric help. I called and was told after an initial consultation with a counselor I would be set up with a psychiatrist. After my first consultation I was told that I would be contacted about setting up a zoom call or phone call (COVID was ramping up at this point). We set up a tentative date to meet remotely. A month past and I had heard nothing regarding the psychiatrist I would be meeting with (at this point I dont know if they even have psychiatrists onboard) or any phone/zoom meeting details (at this point the state had been completely shut down). 20 minutes before our scheduled meeting time and date I received a call from a "restricted number" which I can only assume was ABHS (or not, who knows, I get a ton of telemarketers and don't pick up). Today 4 months later I am receiving bill for a no show fee of 100$. I called, explained the situation and tried to work things out, I am still receiving bills. I have called multiple times and get sent straight to voicemail.
I will contact the Cleveland Clinic and inform them of this unprofessional and dated practice to make sure no one else has to deal with something like this.
