Initally I was hesitant to rate this company high, however their customer service departement reached out to me for a complete follow up on the entire process from begining to end, asking what could have been done better. I was throughly impressed with their actions, this is how companies used to operate. I would definitely recommend Allphase to my friends and family especially after their After Action Review Process.

We were one of many homes that had water damage during the heavy rains in July, and we contacted AllPhase, even though they were super busy they arrived at our house within a couple of hours and gave us an estimate. They started clean up the next day, and worked until they finished the job. Although we had some issues, Gina And Jennifer worked diligently with us to make sure we were satisfied, they went over and above, and we are so appreciative of them

While Servepro never provided a quote. Had to call them 3 times with no response. Service master wouldn't work with us on the pricing.

Actually it was sewage back up clean up - what a mess. They came quickly with just one call; gave an estimate; did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess and it was a mess; communicated clearly; gave me my next steps; informed me I could put in a claim to my insurance (I didn't know this) were kind and courteous.
