Scam alert - beware

I hired this property management company to manage my rental property in Cleveland. We were informed that they were unable to find a tenant for the unit, and after months, informed me that we should invest $22k into reno/ maintenance to increase my chances of getting a tenant. I declined (just purchased this property from Global Investment inc.which deemed it was rental ready) and after attempts to follow up with the investment company found out that the property has been renewed out this whole time and the tenant was paying rent to the management company. We are now looking into filing a law suit against this company and will be filing a fraud report with BBB.

I called to set up an appointment to view a rental property and went to the property listed and of course NO ONE SHOWS UP NOR ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR CONFORMATION.

Had contact with both a Mr. Wayne Speed and a Ms. Natalie. Over all they were not responsive. I was misinformed about viewing dates and no response was given for corrections. I went out to view a home 2 times and no one was there to show it. Had scheduled a 3rd showing friday to view today (friday) one day shy of 2 weeks from when I 1st connected with the 2 employees listed (thanks miss Natalie). Just to text to confirm the time (today) for her to tell me that it is No longer available. Every step of the way I informed her of the address that I was interested in. Do better show a little professionalism.be responsive.if its not available know that it is not available don't just pull random things out of the air.

Hopefully the actions listed are not the standard for this company.

No I didn't get the wrong company. That sums up your whole company. You don't even know who your clients are! WHAT A JOKE YOU GUYS ARE!

I switched my 13 units to All-Star Property Management last August. I was burnt out with my old Property Manager and was losing money on a monthly basis. All-Star took over my properties starting 10/1 and have done an excellent job so far. They're super responsive and I've actually had tenants renewing their leases (probably b/c of the increased level of service from the Property Manager). Cleveland has a reputation for lacking decent rental property managers but All-Star has changed my opinion so far.

Out of state investors BEWARE do not hire this management company! Wayne Speed is a crook! I signed a contract with Allstar Property Management /Wayne Speed and he never PAID ME ANY RENT OWED TO ME! FOR OVER 4 MONTHS. TOTALLY ROBBED ME! No matter how many times I called, and email NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY MESSAGES! I terminated our contract and now starting legal action. AVOID THIS HEADACHE AND GO WITH ANOTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, AND WAYNE!
