Up until I had a claim, it was pretty smooth experience here.

Along the four months my claim was open, I was seeking direction and assistance to speed up the process and get my repairs. After discussing my concens with the office, they seemed to be receptive at first, but had no follow through. I continued to deal with delays until the adjuster finally eventually connected me with a company called Madsky.

A few months later, I called to inquire what the price of my premiums would be if I dropped one of my policies, I was provided the answer that it would go up a lot as of he could see the difference it would be. When I asked how much of a difference, I got a stern tone saying "You're gonna have to give me a moment. "

The next day I switched my policies to a different insurance provider.

Thankfully no claims but always very responsive professional and courteous about changes in coverage, adding vehicles, etc
