Couldn't pull my tooth months ago and it was a straight forward removal lol, calling now to get another referral for same specialist cause well they can't pull teeth after being on hold for ten minutes I got hung up on, and than nobody answers when you call back
Skip this place just save yourself the headache

Even though they have good dentists, etc, trying to get ahold of anyone to make an appointment over the phone is impossible. I have called several times and no one answers the phone. I have also left messages asking them to call me back so I can make an appointment and, guess what, the don't call back! What's the use to have people at the front desk that are supposed to answer the phone or check the voicemail messages and not return people's calls? Time to find another dentist.

I was hesitant to contact Alpha Dental because of their controversial billboard depicting a homely looking man with pliers ready to pull out his teeth. My experience with the staff did not hold true to what the company was advertising, in a good way. They were friendly, answers all my questions and took the time to go over a possible next step procedure. I am not sure I would have found a place whose price and services were as comparable for someone without dental insurance.

Since 2017 I've been going to alpha dental on west broad street I always had a bad experience, each time I do my fillings there, the maximum time it take is 2 weeks and the fillings will fall off, and even the anesthetic they used to numb my gums is very painful, there customer service is very bad, they hardly pick up calls, and they won't returns your call back, that's how bad it is, I have to find another dentist which is beechcroft dental up north they are very good and great work they do there.

I can't say enough good things about alpha dental west! They are ABSOLUTELY amazing, they are very understanding and helped me so much! Definitely the place to go! I'd give them 20 stars if I could. You seriously don't want to go anywhere else! Thanks for EVERYTHING!

Stay away if you’re getting your wisdom teeth removed! Someone close to me went there and she had gotten an infection where her stitches were! The dentist I went to for mine gave me some right off the bat to prevent infection! If you need them removed go to norton family dental up the road!

My mother has had a horrible experience with dentures and honestly I feel like because of her age has been taken advantage of financially. Very sad!

I have been a patient here for a few years and have never had a bad experience! They always have the most wonderful dentists! Everyone from the front desk to all of the assistants in the back are some of the kindest and most helpful people you could ever ask for! I will continue to go there for years to come!

The west broad location is awful! I've had multiple bad experiences. The first was when my appointment was the only one in the afternoon so the office decided they would just close and not even contact me.

Then they wanted to take my wisdom teeth out. I scheduled the appointment and paid 75$ for anesthesia for them to put me to sleep and cut into my gums just to stitch me back up and say they coukdnt take them out that they could refer me to OSU to another oral surgeon that could.

Then I took my twin daughters in for a cleaning appointment only to wait 40 mins after the time time the appointment is set for to even be called back. Noone apologized or gave any reason why we were waiting so long. I inquired about leaving once my 16 year olds were checked in and paperwork was completer. I was told no I needed to wait for the appointment to be over in the waiting room. I could see if they were having a procedure done but it was a cleaning. If I can't go back there why do I need to stay, when they are perfectly capable of getting a cleaning on their own.

This is terrible customer service We will not he back.

I had my wisdom teeth out 2 weeks ago and I healed perfectly fine! Also had 2 fillings done and they are awesome I recommend them to everyone! They are always so nice and comforting

All the staff is so awesome! I highly recommend alpha dental. It was a great experience. If you are looking for a great dentist this is the place!

Always show up 14 minutes late so you do not have to what as long. This was a waste of time, because I take good care of my teeth. Just take good care of your teeth then you will not need a Dentists.

Had 2 mouth surgeries the first was on December 20,2018 I had 24 teeth extracted and a post-op appt on January 8,2019 when I arrived for my appt I was in pain from the bone pieces that were making their way to the surface bc of the amount of pain I was in the surgeon asked if I could come back in a few hours for bone removal and shaving down what was sharp so I did both surgeries were quick and easy the staff was super super nice and actually listened to what I had to say they made me no longer afraid to go the dentist and on the upside one of the dental assistants is a diva she loves to sing the oldies how can you not love that

Today we had a great experience and it was all thanks to the dental assistant Gabby. Thank you for making us feel comfortable.

So far so good. They just removed ALL of my teeth. Waiting to see how the next appointment goes for impressioms for denture. They already switched up what i was originally told.

Gabby is just so wonderful. I appreciate her for being so kind and respectful. The Dentist is so sweet and is the best too.

Was referred here from a different office.front desk was very kind. I got in and out very quickly and the assistants and Doctor were very kind. Gabby and Dr.cho are awesome at what they do

First time here a while but Gabby is caring and professional she hard working and always making sure you are comfortable.alpha dental overall is a great place to come this is the only place I come when it come to a dentist
