Alpha & Omega Real Estate Group reviews
17Probably the worst property managers I’ve ever dealt with. Some of the people are nice and helpful but others are super rude and non caring. They take dayyyyyyyssssss to fix CRITICAL issues. Doesn’t matter if you don’t have water or electric.
Very friendly and helpful with the leasing process. If had questions or concerns, they were patient and walked me through the problem.my daughter loved the gift bag they gave us after handing over keys to new house.
I am very satisfied with their service. They have made my rentals and life easier to manage. No issues at all.
Been with Alpha Omega as a property owner for almost 3 years. Fantastic service to both the property owner and the tenant. Very responsive.
If I could give no stars I would, I have applied to many houses, pay the money and never hear back from them. The property is gone the next day. Total scam!
I’m most definitely going to have to say that some of the people that work in this office is very unprofessional like Alyssa. I filled out my application and I got a call from her Monday stating that my application was being processed. She called back and said that they would need my bank statements and I had already submitted them in, so she asked me to send in a new one from here today I said OK no problem will the next morning before I could even send it in. I get a phone call from her saying that my application has been denied. Because I evicted back in 2020 I said that’s impossible. I don’t have any evictions on my credit I said what was the address she told me she couldn’t provide me with that. And hung up. I reached back out and spoke with a nice woman by the name of Jennifer who provided me with the address and come to find out that it wasn’t even me who had been evicted. Alyssa put in the wrong information and provided me with the wrong information. I was told that I will receive a call back that they were going to run the application again because they put in the wrong name and I never received anything. The scammers took my $30.00 dishonestly put a bad taste in my mouth. Something needs to be done. I believe I’m gonna tell my lawyer this because you’re giving a false information.
If you feel like donating money for fees go ahead and apply. They say you need 3x the income. The apartment is $450 a month I get $1500 from disability but they denied me for not enough income. You do the math
Red flag that a company makes you pay them money before even being allowed to see the property your interested in.

It doesn't save the applicant money if you purposely deceive people into believing they can get approved for a property when they apply then change your mind and just take the money. If you need to save so much time by not showing your properties to people interested then maybe real estate was the wrong career path for you. It's deceitful and wrong to charge people when you know you won't approve them. You seem great at excusing your actions, but your poor Google rating and countless upset customers speaks more to your character and practices then your excuses. If I can even prevent one customer from wasting their time with your "business" then I will consider this review successful.
Fantastic property management services! We highly recommend them for your property management needs.
I was helping my son and his girlfriend through the rental process. My son will be 19 in July, his gf is 18. I spoke with Alpha and Omega several times about them both having good jobs, but no rental history (obviously they are young). They both pay $25 for their applications. They get the run around for weeks so I get involved again. When we previously spoke they said a co signer would be possible because of their lack of rental history. So I call and speak to one of the ladies and she said "well we would have to discuss it with the applicant " so I say I am actually by him I will give him the phone. She says okay and hangs up. I call back thinking it was an honest mistake.no answer. Call again no answer. We all have caller ID so I star 67 the number to make it private it goes right through hmm. She is shocked its me and I say ma'am what do we have to do to give my son a chance to prove himself? I am willing to co sign or pay the entire year lease. Yes thats right I was willing to pay upfront. No I didn't get an income tax return, I paid in this year I'm just not broke like this terrible company taking their little $25 fees from everyone and ghosting them. She proceeds to say there is nothing they can do. Not what she said previously. Alpha and Omega is absolute trash and I will go out of my way to tell everyone I come in contact with. I live on a main street in Galion I may put a sign up in my front yard letting everyone know what type of trash company they are. They don't even deserve one star!
Just applied for a Home through Alpha and Omega realty yesterday. I liked how they called me right away to let me know they received my applications! Hopefully we get approved and can take that next step towards renting our first house, not an apartment, but a house. Fingers crossed!
Kimberly Horton is a very thorough, helpful, and knowledgeable realtor. Has been very helpful the past few years buying and selling homes. Highly recommend using her to buy a home in the Mansfield area.
Amanda Harris was my real estate agent when I bought my house. She showed me at least 20 houses until we found the perfect one that met my needs! I would recommend her and her team to anybody looking to buy or sell their home.
Had a very good experience with Amanda. She is a great real estate agent and steered us in the right direction! Recommend 10/10!
Terrible. Told me on the phone that I would be approved to just fill out the application for a $25 fee. And the declined my application
***UPDATE***
They responded to my review saying to call them and they may be able to take a 2nd look at my application. 2 weeks later they tell me on the phone that they can't take a 2nd look.
Excellent property management company they really take care of you property and always making the right decision to protect your rights and your success!
Alyssa hung up on me after putting me on hold for like 3 mins.called back just to be told I have to take my cat to the vet even tho he'll be rehomed BEFORE I can finish the application process? That doesn't even make sense. I just don't get it at all.and she didn't understand that I'm the co-applicant, my income doesn't even matter. I'm not required to have an income. I was required to do an application.no where did it say an income was required for BOTH of us applying, just that we need to bring in 3x the rent.
