Alphada Place Apartments, Akron OH

Very unprofessional! I made a appointment with Greg after he sent me a email stating there was a 1 bed 1 bath apartment available, when I showed up early to the appointment I was told by some lady who doesn’t manage the apartments that Greg left for the day and then the lady proceeded to show me a dirty apartment that someone else was already getting and she told me that there isn’t any available apartments but she would have Greg contact me and I haven’t received anything! I will not be renting from this place

Just had a talk with Ms. KC and she was very helpful and relatable when asking questions and looking for information

I’ve been calling them for 3 days now 08/1/23 - 08/3/2023 no answer! I can’t just go up there because I work and they close by the time I’m off I just have some questions I think it’s crazy not one person has answered the phone in the 3 days! I really am interested in a unit here but idk now.

So far I love it here. It’s very quiet & private. I also want to add that the management is amazing, Jack, the corporate leasing manager jumped through every loophole to be able to get me approved & moved in. This was my first place so trying to find somewhere that would approve me was so hard with no credit or rental history PLUS a dog moving in with me. & he made it happen. I’m so grateful & definitely plan on living here for a while!

This is a great place! The new remodeled apartments are beautiful! Management and maintenance does a fantastic job!:)

EXTREMELY NICE, QUIET, AND PLEASANT COMMUNITY TO LIVE AND MANAGEMENT STAYS ON TOP OF SAFETY AND REPAIRS. AWESOME PEOPLE
