14Very dissatisfied with service. I left Altafiber last month because they continue to increase my monthly bill both annually and during the subscription year. ALSO, Altafiber does NOT prorate your last month when you leave. I returned my equipment on day 10 of my final month, but was billed for the entire month. Cincinnati Bell is no more. I have no plans to ever return to Altafiber.
Damon and his young colleague should be recognized by the Corporate Office for caring and their problem solving skills. They fixed the issue when no one else would. Others told me to fix the issues myself.
Very horrible. Poor services. Poor customer service. They care more about the money than delivering quality services.

I had a question about my bill and went into the branch. I was quickly greeted and was treated very nicely. The guy that helped me pulled up my account and went over some things. He took care of all my questions. Everything is fast and efficient here. The employees are friendly and helpful. I really like my service from Ultafiber.
New TiVo boxes are AWFUL. Broadcast is delayed 1-2 minutes compared to previous equipment. Offered to fix for $99. I didn’t even want the new ones!
They still don't have service from my location and i've been waiting for eight years.
The apartment I moved to only uses cincinnati bell but yet the cord they gave us for our box is to big for the wall jack! If they only use cincinnati bell then they should know what size cord words in the buildings!
The store was just fine. All I did was return my equipment after canceling my service, but the young man was polite, helpful and professional. The problem was that the internet service was not good.

Nikki at the Anderson location went above and beyond to help me with finding the best promotion for my home internet and also walking me through how to fill out an application and where to go for lower billing. She made this process go way more smoothly than I thought it would have been. Thanks again Nikki!
Canceled poor service and returned equipment. Rep was condescending and said she'd email receipts. Only email I received was for updated credit card information for next month's service.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Went in to cancel and had service cancelled. Started asking questions and wound up getting new TV hardware and keeping service.
Been trying for two months to get them to unlock my account very rude about to change service
