I had a great experience here. She was able to fit me in for alterations on a mother of the bride dress for an impromptu wedding and did an awesome job. She saved the day! Will return for all my alteration needs!

I originally purchased a dress off the rack from a store here in Columbus. As soon as I brought it in to Christina, she noticed some concerning quality issues and urged me to reach out to the company before she made any adjustments. Thank goodness she did! I ended up returning it for a full refund and purchased a completely different dress.

I brought the second dress into Christina about 3 months before my wedding. We decided it didn't need a hem, but would need the straps taken in, some layers of crinoline removed, and a bustle added. We also decided to add buttons down the entire length of the dress very last minute, which Christina was totally fine with, even though I wasn't able to get them to her until about a month before the wedding.

When I tried on my dress in her shop two weeks before the wedding, everything was seriously PERFECT. It fit like a glove and the bustle never broke throughout my reception! My mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and both of my fiance's grandparents ended up using Alterations Expert for their own wedding outfits! I'm so grateful to Christina and highly recommend her for all of your alterations needs, especially for your wedding dress alterations!

I've had two zippers replaced through the shop. They were done quickly at a reasonable price and you could not even tell that they were not the original zippers.
