My daughter was in a wedding and I needed alterations within a matter of days. I went to Express Alterations on Mayfield and they took care of us! They have fast services, expertise, and good customer service. I will be using them from here on out. They keep their promises!

They were able to accommodate me and the short notice for a funeral. Alterations were excellent work and me and my sons looked great for my wife's service.

The lady that did my daughter’s wedding gown and my dress alterations was so nice and professional. We really enjoyed working with her. We are still waiting for her dress to be done cleaning. I wish I remembered her name. She was the beautiful dark skin woman with short hair.

We took my son's uniform pants to get hemmed and said to let the lenngth sit on top the shoe. He put them on for school and they were 1.5 inches about his shoe. When we took them back they tried to tell us we washed the pants and they shrunk. The pair he put on came right off the hanger from their place! They wouldn't correct their mistake. I lost 3 pair of pants and $45 in alterations. I DO NOT recommend.

Horrible customer service. Where do I start?
They can’t communicate with their own staff. Drove all the way out there to find out they didn’t write down the appointment we made. Then garment received a stain while in their possession. Then try to rush you out the door during pick up. Inspect your clothing BEFORE they bag it. They stained my wife’s dress then acted like it was already there? !? We have pictures of it right before we took it in. Extremely unprofessional and they didn’t offer any compensation for having to come back 2 different times due to their negligence. S T A Y A W A Y!

Avoid this place for any of your important pieces. I got a coupon at the bridal expo and decided to give this place a try. I made an appointment many weeks in advanced because I was working out of town and made it for when I would be back in Ohio. 2 weeks prior to my appointment, they called and wanted to reschedule because the lady who does bridal gowns wanted to go on. Vacations. I rescheduled and made another appointment for when I was coming home next. I went to my first fitting, Angela pinned me and everything went ok. I paid in full the first day and it was $430 for alterations to my gown which included hem, sewing on a belt 3 hook and eyes, and moving appliqué. $430 after the 10% discount was pretty pieces but I paid It and set an appointment to come back 2 weeks later. We drove 45 minutes there and got there and they said we didn’t have an appointment for that day and my dress hadn’t even been started. Made an appointment to come back a few weeks later. The next time we arrived and did my second fitting, I took my dress out of the bag and noticed a pretty good sized dirt stain on my white dress that I noticed right away. They sewed on the belt crooked, and didn’t even attempt to put the three hooks on the panel in the back. They only thing that was right was that it was hemmed. We had the manger come in and expressed our concerns. She said they would fix it and she would call me when it’s ready but tried to argue that the huge stain wasn’t from them. She called and I went pick up my dress. When I went to pick up my dress, the manager helped us. She asked if she should bag my dress And I said I would like to look at it first. If looks could kill.you can still see where the stain was and it doesn’t appear that they moved the crooked belt. At that point I just wanted to be some working with the business and leave. I would not use this place again.

I went to Alterations Express to have my wedding dress altered. Angela did an amazing job! The first appointment she spent a lot of time pinning everything and making sure everything was going to be the way I wanted it. When I went to pick the dress up, everything was done well and she even spent time teaching my friend and sister how to do the bustle so we didn't fumble through it on the big day. They even are having me come back the week of to have my dress steamed so it's nice for my wedding. Will definitely recommend in the future!

The alterations were done very professionally and fit perfectly has used them before and will use them again.

The person working up front was so knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to fix a couple issues with my dress within minutes and at a price I was very happy with. Wish I grabbed the persons name at the front desk because she should be recognized for her great customer service. Very happy I came here
