Highly satisfied, beyond satisfied actually! Ruth was AMAZING and treated me wonderful! I found out I was pregnant 5 months before my wedding and Ruth did not stop until my dress was perfect and fit me the way it should! She did not fail me, as I had faith she wouldn’t! You treated me as if I was one of her own and I will be forever grateful for that! I’ll run straight to her anytime I need a dress altered! Thank you Ruth! Sept. 16th will be perfect, especially because of you!

I have never had such horrible service in my life. My daughter is getting married October 14th. I made an appointment at the Austintown location last month to have dress fitted they had the dress 3 weeks picked it up after pay $160.00 still to long and the straps that I didn’t want added were to long as well. Left pissed with 3 weeks left before the wedding. Order another dress went to Niles tonight to get the bottom cut off. I called yesterday lady told me get there today I would have it back by the 12th (cutting it close but okay). Got there today and the extremely rude girl working told me it wouldn’t be done I said I called she continued to argue. Finally agreed I could get it the 13 but like 5: 00. I said that’s the time of rehearsal dinner. Still rude and arguing with me. I will tell everyone I know to not use this business and the horrible experience I’ve had at 2 of their locations.

Ladies at front desk both times I walked in were very unfriendly. I’ll spend my money where it’s wanted.

I am so impressed by all the staff At Alterations Express! I had a wedding to be in out of town and realized I could no longer fit in my maid of honor dress. I had ONE WEEK to make a miracle happen. Ruth was very helpful, rush ordered a corset, basically created a new dress for me to wear but it was perfect. My best friend (bride) was very pleased with the work. Amazing! I’ve had alterations from Ruth for years! She’s done many homecoming and prom dresses for me, but she finally got to do my wedding dress and it came out amazing!

My first experience with Alterations Express was wonderful! I brought my bridesmaid dress in for my friend's wedding to be altered. Ruth sent me to the room as soon as I walked in, and that's when I noticed I had spilled coffee all down the front of the dress earlier that morning. Due to the wedding being a few weeks away, I didn't have time to order a new dress.so I went ahead and had them proceed with the alterations and have it cleaned afterwards. They could not promise the stain would be completely removed but they were very confident. I picked my dress up the following week and the stain was gone! The dress fit me like a glove and I could not be happier. I will be speaking with Ruth about altering my wedding dress for my big day in a few months! Thank you!

I have been to alteration express several times. The last 2 times being to get dresses (which both needed a lot of alterations) fitted for my 2 sons’ weddings. Ruth fitted me perfect and all was right the first time! I have complete faith in her talent. This is Chris- not Bob reviewing
