5 Beautiful facility. Constantly
Short staffing. Weekends almost non existing. Carpet in rooms
Disgusting spots not cleaned just sprayed w disinfectant. Staff not trained for simple things like how to extend a bed in theproper position for a support trapeze. This is not our first experience skilled nursing facilities but this is the worst
They took beautiful care of my father in law — we so appreciated how much they really cared for him and our family going through such a difficult time

My father was treated very, very well. Kind, helpful staff. Very clean. A special call out to Nurse Heather.
I was very disappointed with the staff. I realize there are privacy concerns, but my friend is blind and has dementia. He is probably feeling confused and isolated. I'm sure he would have welcomed a call from me. I can't understand why I couldn't have been given his phone number.
