The staff was very dedicated to the patients they serve. The food was very good. The therapy department was exceptional. The administrators were very involved in the care of the patients and made sure of your comfort. Housekeeping cleaned my room daily to my satisfaction.

I am looking for a place for my mother to get PT & OT After reading so many negative comments about your facility Not even want to bring her to your facility. What have you done to correct the issues? I Would think you would step up your game. Treat people with Dignity Respect & Compassion Treat them how you would want to be treated Convince me otherwise and i will update this comment. Thanks for your time

Great campus, well kept and clean. The staff give the residents full attention and great care. The whole team is showing their servant hearts when it comes down to resident needs. Highly recommend this campus.

Our bodies are THE most complicated pieces of machinery on earth. For that reason, MDs are still referred to as practitioners, and it would cost in excess of 42 billion $$$ to reproduce. But it’s still not possible. So, while the employees at skilled facilities are taking care of our loved ones, I urge you to play an active role as well.

Alter Care has been great to my Grandmother and our family. They have daily activities, movie room and library. Rooms are clean and private.

I thought we was taken my mom to a rehabilitation home not a hospice place. First off the Dr.they have on staff I'm not sure he exist. Supposably he called out the first day my mom was to see him, we was told she would see the Dr.atleast twice a week and I'm not sure after two and a half weeks she even got a visit. We started to notice a change in her and she was declining, we ask about getting her some IV fluids and they said that the DR.had to order it well after 5 days and still asking we get told the Dr.is on vacation. We have said to the staff multiple times that something is off she is not herself and its getting worse, only to be told oh she is fine for us. How is that possible when she isn't eating and losing weight and getting weaker not better. Yes she is not eating because the food is horrible served cold and no taste what so ever. We started to bring food to her to try to get her to eat. After arguing with the nurse that something is definitely not right WE call the ambulance and have her taken to the hospital, to which they had to shock her heart twice said that her potassium level was sky high and she was dehydrated. They told us that had we not had her taken to hospital that she wouldn't have made it through the night. We was told by staff members that they are very short handed and we seen that with the care my mom didn't get. If you are that short close so rooms down so you can give the proper care to the patients you have. I called multiple times to speak to my moms nurse and would get put on hold and then said they would call me back which I never once received a return call. If you don't care about your family member and want them to die then this is the place for you. This is far from over. Please pray for those patients that are still there and that they have a advocate that will fight for them.

Sincerely, Kristie Osborne daughter of Sandra Chandle

I regret taking my dad to this place, he passed away last Friday a couple of days be for that I had to call the nurse to tell her he was sick and that she needed to go see him. I called my dad back, she still didn't go see him, then I called the front desk, finley some one went back to check on him then they gave him a breathing treatment. I wonder if he died cause they didn't take care of him, I wouldn't believe a word they say. From day 1 I had trouble with this place, they weren't turning in the insurance papers then they would tell us he was denied and he wasn't, we would get a bill because they didn't do there job, my brother and I were going to move him soon as possible, we were waiting for Medicade to start up, his insurance was covered for a 100 days we thought it would be better to get all this mess cleared up be for we move him, now he's gone. We will never know what happened but if it was cause people not doing there job some day I hope they will answer to it.
