Alternative Resale Shop, Columbus OH

Store has improved a lot since they moved into a nicer building and selection is fairly large. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Pretty great selection and variety of sizes. If you're shopping wedding, when I visited they had much more options for dress sizes 10 and under, and only a handful for over size 10.

Rude girl at the front. Smells awful. Clothes/dresses have stains all over them. I always love the idea of alternative consignment shops - except when it's like walking into a Salvation Army.

We took a very large amount of high dollar clothing to this resale shop. When it was time to start receiving checks from selling the items we had to call them to get the check every time. We called long after the date that they state they will send the checks out in. Even after calling them it took several weeks for us to get the check. Wish I had walked out with my stuff the minute that we took it in there. Rude girl and woman and the place smells badly. Avoid this resale shop!

Dropped off multiple items and bridesmaid dresses that sold- only to have to call over and over to get the money. Still haven't received it. Terrible customer service. Terrible follow up. Will never sell here again.

I will never go back there again! I was really nice and spoke when I came in the door. I Looked around it was really hard to move around and when I was leaving I said bye have a nice day I turned around just to see her looking at me as if I had stole something! It really hurt my feelings. I will never step foot in that place again!
