Hope they can do something about there receptionist.very rude and poor customer service. There is always CHAOS with appointments. Waiting time is always 1 hour (if lucky) to 2 hr waiting.
Also whats up with waiting room? No heat in winter and no a/c in summer.if you are going to have someone waiting for so long give some comfort.
The reason for long wait times and rudeness is probably due to Bradlay worrying about screwing someone elses man!
This place is horrible has far as getting into your appointment on time. The wait time is more than an hour past time appointment time. When you ask about what's taking so long they become very rude. Not friendly at all.
This place is HORRIBLE! I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE EVER! They put my top braces on and said that after 6 months I would get my bottoms, every time I come they keep saying that they aren't putting the bottoms on and keep putting it off. The workers who put your rubber bands and they are VERY inexperienced and have no idea what they are doing. Evertime they put on a new wire they don't cut it down enough in the back and I have to tell them to fix it so I dont get cut. They always have long nails and dig them into my gums when they try to put rubber bands or a new wire on. So I would NEVER go to this place, EVER.
I went for an interview for an Office Manager position and told by Myra that she does not know salaries. I did see the "assembly line" others commented about. Waited over 1/2 hour to talk to the dentist. Afterwards, Myra whom "does not talk salaries" told me the ridiculously low pay. What an insult and proof that the rating is deserved!
They're extremely rude, they don't take care of cavities they take their anger out on clients, they take their time assisting clients, if you ask a question they roll their eyes and answer your question in a rude way,
This place will extend every procedure as much as they can they are truly all about the money no matter the patients needs I would not recommend this place at all.
