Like others this place has had my package all day.now its delayed in transit. I have a feeling I wont get it until the end of the week or never based off other reviews.

The ultimate laziness and disrespect. 10/26/21 Stow Ohio. This woman parked in the handicapped spot, and then sat there and ate her meal. 13 empty parking spaces around Chipotle and she has to park here. Unbelievable

Packages that go through this facility are constantly Shipped to a wrong post office, lost, empty or 80% late.

My place to be, Tuesday-Saturday. Love Amazon, they pay me, then my $$ goes right back to them,

Easy to find! My daughter works here. She said it's a great place to work (as long as you're not on the understaffed shift (2: 30am to 6: 30am)

Dusty! Stuffy! Needs FRESH AIR CIRCULATION! The majority of the workers and management are! We work HARD for the money!

Packages that go through this facility seem to get sent everywhere except their intended destination.

This place is unprofessional with attitudes. There's no communication. HR is helpful, if your lucky and catch them on a good day. The Processors and some of the Processor Assistants are not helpful or team players when it comes to their employees needing help. Oher than that I love the UPT options and how the personal time is gained. Love how it's only part-time.

Every time my package gets lost it always seems to be at Twinsburg, Ohio. Are you stealing people's orders?

I am wondering why I can't contact a facility directly about a package they are sitting on for an extra day or two (delay in transit) when I'm less than 20 minutes away? !? ! I could go pick it up faster. I order a lot from Amazon and normally it wouldn't matter, but this item is in particular important to my son for his schoolwork and I wanted to make sure we were home when it arrived.

One guard check said text VRID# go ahead and other one follow me and start screaming on me, AMAZON, train them well first and then put on work I’m driving truck from last 5 years, and I know how some people’s treating the truck drivers like that, making situations and then trying to let you down

Friendly people working, and I got in and out quickly. That's all we need as truck drivers. Thank you

I’m prime member and I appreciate the fast delivery. But what I don’t appreciate is when this company hands off your packages to USPS without notification and they attempt to delivery on a Sunday but never showed up claiming no access to my apartment building lies and garbage. Also it was earlier than expected. What if I wasn’t home that day great set up for theft. I’ve complained to amazon about delivering my stuff on the wrong day but they still do it. I’ve left several reviews still do it. Best thing to do if you don’t want stuff missing you paid for is to find a spot where you can pick stuff you paid for up. I will be getting rid of the PRIME

I’m a disabled combat veteran who does custom statue painting to make ends meet. I had a project commissioned and the Twinsburg Facility lost my items. Not only that, but they did not report that to Amazon to be updated until 8 days later. I only found out when I contacted customer support that it was internally reported lost. I lost my commission and now will find it hard to have repeat customers or new clients with such activities going on. I’m calling the Seattle Main Office on Monday to report this facility and see if there needs to be a corporate executive do a check up on the facility and how they conduct business. I served my country and now that I am trying to make a life after my service, I find that if products come to Thai facility they are mishandled and lost. All the great reviews are obviously employees who are trying to boost ratings and maybe there is an incentive at location for doing so. Horrible in my opinion. Tell the truth.
