If you plan on living out here i hope you don't mind bug infestations over flowing trash receptacles glass in the parking lot loud neighbors fighting all hours of the of the night faulty renovations police presence every other day urination in the entrance ways and drug addicts shooting in the entrance way where your kids come in and out
