I’ve been bringing all of my cars here since I got my first one in 2018, absolutely love this place! They’ve always kept me on the road with quick service and fair prices. I always recommend this place to anybody with car troubles, and refuse to take any of my cars anywhere else! This place is the best. They don’t try to upsell you anything you don’t need either like most places. Very upfront with prices and work being done

I called this place to see if they had any used tires for my car. The man said do I want new or used. I said used and he said we have a couple used tires the old man said it was $20 plus tire disposal etc. I get here and the old man said $49.99 I said didn't you tell me on the phone is was 20 plus disposal. The old man said ohh nooo I didn't say 20 I said 40. How come I called all around and remembered this man saying 20 plus the disposal. Will not be returning was an emergency situation for the tire. But never again apparently old age he can't add or tell correct amounts. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't tell a customer it's 20 plus the disposal stuff if it's actually 40. Maybe have a relative take over your shop who is not rude and who can count properly!

Bought NEW tires here, or were they? Had to scrap them a YEAR later with very low mileage on them. Took them to the car dealer after feeling a vibration on the highway, and was told they could not be balanced. The truth is, those tires were defective, from the day I bought them here. The owner, needs to learn some customer service skills, as well. Grumpy as hell, never again.

Reply to owner: I called, then brought the vehicle in. You insisted your balancing machine was same as car dealers and my truck tires had no issue. They were just fine. I knew they were not.

So, after I took the truck to the dealership, I offered to show you their paperwork stating the NEW truck tires you sold me, had a defect and could not be balanced due to this defect.

You eventually offered to sell me another set of tires at a prorated discount. After all the drama, and bringing the truck back, being told it was fine, when it was not, I was not going for that again. Ring around the rosy.
