I've been playing phone tag with this lady for three weeks just to verify availability of a door for an 02 f250, which the lady assured me that she had plenty in stock and even if they don't match they'd paint them for me. I'm local so it's not like they'd even have to ship anything. She would keep saying they had one and then I'd ask for a picture so I could make sure it was what I wanted, then she'd ghost me for a week just for me to call back and ask for a picture, then for her to say, they don't have that particular door anymore. Well I don't care what truck the door came off of, I just want a nice clean door! This continued a little while longer until the other day when I called her to confirm again if they had a door, and to add some other parts. She hung up, then texted me an eBay link, and said we don't have the staff or time to look for the parts. Well I guess I'll just have to buy a door somewhere else.

Big time scam outfit! Burn your money before you give it to these people. The owner should be in prison. Read the reviews and trust your instincts.

Waste an hour driving here the address they have listed is incorrect. Actually business 45 minutes Way Avoid

Awesome place, Took me around on golf cart inside. Help me pick out a new frame and cab for my truck and some other parts, spent $4300. Paid and picked up later that week, they even loaded it for more, gave me free popcorn and a drink. I'll Be back.:)

My buddy brought me here a while back, now we support our super duty fleet form there. Just crazy amount of trucks here. Always found what i needed. Must See.

Do not do business with this company. I have had to have my attorney start a fraud case against the company/owner for non payment of a returned engine. BEWARE

Ordered a rear end axel for an F350 dually for $2950. They did a great job verifying the vin to ensure I received the correct part but they sent a single axel rear end. They had a truck to pick it up but then crickets. No refund. Sent 5 texts and 2 voicemails with no answer. Buyer beware, these folks are thieves.

Called to price a transmission and immediately got insulted by the sour woman who answered the phone. I would not buy from these people if they were the last people on earth. Very poor customer service.

This is the worst place ever. They have stolen over $4500 of my money. I wrote them a check and they have cashed it already I should already. I have contacted my local law enforcement and having now to Sue them. They never gave me what was promised and paid for. Watch out for these people they are facing felony charges! The owner Joe will lie to your face/on the phone All day long and then ignore you.

Buyer beware! Had what I needed worked with Nicole was looking for a GEM module and a fuse panel. Only got the module.when I called to question her she gave me a serious attitude. Probably would have just bought the fuse panel to but no need for the miserable attitude. I would look for the next place if I were you

I'm with Joel, Good Service. These guys know Super Dutys. That is all they sell. Almost overloaded me with info for my truck and what wire harness would and would not work. FORD COULD NOT GET ME RUNNING, but they guys got my truck back on the road again. Thanks

I just had to post a good review, most people only motivated to post when have issues. I purchased my 3rd engine and i'm way out west, they run all of them, come in clean and plugged up, no issues. I maintain my fleet with this company. I encourage others to post good comments, I know the ship 100s of parts a week so plenty of happy buys out there, A+

This place is horrible! Called to ask about a motor and they were very rude we told them the motors we were asking about were on the website and we got a response well we dont have them! Im not sure if the lady that answered the phone talks to her significant other that way but she will not talk to mine like that. This is a poorly ran business would not recommend them to anyone

Called again they answered the phone saying what can i help you with? Every call i get is from you hold on! If this is really how they treat their customers the better business bureau needs to know ASAP!

HORROR STORY. BUYER BEWARE! I talked to Nicole, about a nice low mileage rear end assembly they had to fit a 2001 f350. She stated it was in the vehicle yet but could have it shipped out in a week. She gave me a price quote.

I called my customer and confirmed the deal was good to go and they could wait the required time frame. November 11,2020 I called to order the engine. I gave my credit card to pay for the transaction. They emailed me a copy of the credit card transaction. All was going well so far.

November 19,2020 (6 business days later), I called to find out what my tracking number for the part was. Nicole informed me that she told me 1 week and that is 7 business days, but she said it was being worked on that day. Ok, I can understand a miscommunication and it should leave the next day.

Called again and was told I would receive a call back with information as they didn't know if this was pulled out or shipped yet.

November 30,2020 I called in total 4 times. Each time I was assured they were going to figure out if this part was removed or shipped and what the tracking number was. I never received a return call. The last time I called I was trying to cancel the order and was put on hold for 50 minutes until I finally hung up. I then emailed them, from the address that they sent my credit card transaction from, to inform them that my customer has canceled the order and I was no longer in need of this part.

December 8,2020 I get my first reply from Nicole, an e-mail, saying the rear end I cancelled 8 days prior was now shipped and she gave me a tracking number. Literally 8 minutes after the email I responded informing her that the order was cancelled via e-mail with her boss on November 30,2021. Yet again no response.

The product showed up here and I refused it as I didn't need it anymore. I then email again a few days later requesting my credit. Again in a few days I reached out to Nicole and her boss for a credit. I did receive a credit or refund.

I was running out of options so, I was forced to cancel the charge with my credit card. Worse in the end they got their product back and the credit card company sided with them, because they provided a "document" that stated they don't give refunds under any circumstance. It would have been nice to hear that before placing my order! First I wouldn't have ordered from them, and second having known that I would have kept the part to at least re-coop some of the $1700 they scammed from me. FYI capital one was my former card and I provided all the email transactions and phone records of calls to them in this case and they still sided with this company!

My husband purchased a flat bed for his truck through this company in July 2020. It is now February and we still have not received it. We paid $1K and never got the bed or a refund. This company stole our money. My husband drove 6 hours to pick it up and no one was there or answered the phone. He took an entire day off of work and drove to Ohio for nothing. We filed a fraud report at the website below if anyone else is interested and has had their money stolen from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SEEM TO HAVE A HABIT OF RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. WE USED THIS COMPANY TO BUY A MOTOR. THEY SENT US THE WRONG MOTOR AND WILL NOT HONOR THIER WARRENTY. IN FACT THEY WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE!

They over promised time delivery by an entire month, the girl at the office hung up on me wich i find totaly unprofessional in any job area, she well knows i only called a few times
the time i purchased the motor, a time i wanted an updated, and the time i had a question about where the motor was
the owner offered me a couple of things but i did refuse
the way i felt in my first and last purchase has no price my friend
