Maureen was very professional and very thorough with the home inspection. She answered my questions so I could better understand. I was very comfortable asking her questions. She made recommendations on how to take care of my home.

Maureen was slightly more expensive than others; however, she was worth twice the amount! She was very thorough, funny, polite, and best of all she explained things without making me feel dumb. It wasn't until a glowing recommendation from a realtor that I booked the inspection. She fit me in right away. She started with a sit down to get idea of history and my goals. I've owned 2 homes and never had an inspector even talk to me outside of the written report. Meanwhile Maureen walked me through every single item that she noted and gave great advice on how to proceed. She referred me to several resources which are also proving to be quite helpful. Whether I stay or sell, now I know I'll be making the best informed decision.

Maureen did an excellent job inspecting our residential property in Willowick. She was very thorough, professional, and friendly. She took care to protect the the interior of the property as she moved through the process of inspecting everything! We had lots of questions which she answered patiently and clearly. She was prompt in providing a very detailed report of her findings after the inspection was completed - it included photos for clarity. We worked with Maureen at A. B. I and she was great! Everything we could have wanted in an inspector. Knowledgeable, experienced, thorough and friendly.

She responded quickly and had us scheduled on very short notice. I tried to stay out of her way so she could work, but she was very receptive to answering my questions and didn't mind the times I shadowed behind her.
