5 Went into the store on 12/22 Friday
Couldn't find what I was looking for so I looked around and saw a lady standing in front of a table holding a shirt up. I said excuse me do you work here? (With the shopping season so busy with customers I wanted to make sure she was an employee she was wearing what appeared to be a music logo shirt and i wasnt sure until i saw the cord on her) she responded back does it look like I work here I'm folding clothes on a table. Well I'm sorry I bothered you. Rude
The young lady at the cashiers station was so kind and helpful and nice.
My 5 stars is for the cashier Trinity who was incredibly nice and helpful during my visit. My order wasn’t ready and she grabbed it for me so quickly. She was pleasant with every customer there.
Oh. Em. Gee. The atmosphere of this store was AMAZING! I came in the other day, having never been to an American Eagle. I had no idea what to expect, but I always see my friends wearing the high end fashion of what is American Eagle. As soon as I walked in, I was swept away with the helpful and wonderful Grace Pfeffer. She instantly pointed me to where I was interested in, and even gave me recommendations on how to style my new flared jeans! Grace was not only helpful, but she was energetic. I loved her energy as she danced and sang to Taylor Swift on the store speaker. We need more people like Grace in this world. Good work Grace!
This store says it’s open at 10am. It’s Sunday and the mall isn’t open until noon
