YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED:

We ordered a brand new fridge (Frigidaire) from American Freight in Northfield, Ohio. When the delivery drivers came, they clearly had no idea what they were doing as they scratched my fridge (taking off the handles with a wrench) and dented my new fridge, they also scratched my nice floors. When I called the manager, Jerry, he said they could do a store credit or give us a new fridge but it will be the same delivery drivers. I asked why can't you get different drivers from another store, he insisted they can't do that. I didn't want the same drivers that ruined my fridge and floors so I was almost forced to take the credit at first. When my husband called, Jerry changed up his story and said he can have different delivery drivers deliver a new fridge. Only because a male talked to him was he in agreement on different drivers. Also, the drivers charged me $40 for a haul away of my old fridge when it says a haul away is $20 on their website. When the new drivers delivered our fridge, it was the wrong brand. (LG) Not the one we ordered. So we had to wait longer for my fridge because Jerry cannot manage a store and his drivers are incompetent.we got our fridge today and he sent drivers that werent allowed to take off the handles to get it in the house! (GOOD JOB Jerry). Luckily the driver, John, did it anyway. Jerry seems like he is trying to fix the problem, but he lies and will take full advantage of you. I will never shop at another American Freight again.

Excellent customer service! Jerry, Monique and Stephanie were very very professional, friendly and helpful. I had no intention of pursuing anything, I brought my mom into the store and ended up buying myself a mattress. I am very pleased with their service, and personal assistance.

Amazing staff! It was as easy as 1.2.3! Customer Service spectacular. I recommend this experience for anyone looking to upgrade.

Jerry is awesome! We bought a bedroom suite the time, and because of the quality and Jerry's professionalism, we came back to buy some living room furniture.

Does not put it together! Neither did they say that.then when I called they said we can have someone come put it together for a charge … I just paid 1,300 for a couch. Now they wanna extra fee. I live in apartment don’t have tools. I was told basically I’ll have to figure it out

Came to shop during regular business hours. The lights and open sign were on but the doors were locked and no one was on the floor. Very disappointing
