TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My boyfriend and I got our son a new bedroom set and was told it would be delivered the next day 3/24/21 and was not delivered. Was told they had the wrong number even AFTER we updated it with the sales person! Had to call in to see where our delivery was due to ALREADY throwing out our sons old set, like a normal person would when they are expecting a delivery. This man told us that they will load up the next truck and bring it right out. I even asked "so we will get it today (3/24/21) " he told me YES! Did not receive my delivery. Called and spoke with NYESHA or how ever you spell her name, who said she was the manager on duty and she was terribly rude. I am a general manager myself and would never speak to an upset customer the way she spoke to me especially when none of this is OUR FAULT! Basically called myself and my boyfriend a liar because we were told the delivery fee was included but to her "none of my staff would ever say that, maybe you just heard wrong". Instead of trying to work with me, she would rather act as if I am lying and they did nothing wrong. Then assumed that our delivery didn't get delivered because "we didn't want to pay her drivers the $80 delivery fee", when I already said it was because they didn't save our number correctly. I asked if there was anything you can do for the inconvenience and was told "no i will have my drivers come out today and make sure your on the top of my list and just pay my drivers at the door". This is all while she was eating on the phone with me.

Tom was super effecient.great cust service.i had an issue.was not related to the service.took chair back.scott fixed my problem right there and then and gave me excellent results.i would reccommend anyone use this location for the great service they give. 5 stars.ramon is super great too

The people in store are unprofessional, I've had to come to the store twice for the same reason because they can't get the pricing right and one guy argued with my wife over the phone so I had to return and handle another issue, will never shop with them again

My Experience at American Frieght was just wonderful Niesha was the Associate who started out helping me very Friendly very accommodating, then she was called away to help another customer, then politely Raven another Associate cane right over to Assist us and she was very thorough in her approach. She even helped save me some money way to go Raven keep up the good work
