It's not that I dislike this place it just isn't for me. If you need credit and furniture they have a selection and program that probably works for people.

We came in looking for a couch and had horrible service. We worked with someone who had no interest in helping us even when we were ready to purchase. He was rude and rolled his eyes several time when we had questions or were ready to check out. We left disappointed because we really liked the couch but didn’t want to deal with what we were.

We are very unhappy with our recent visit with American freight, we spoke with salesman Ethan who seemed very annoyed to be dealing with us after we arrived to pay off our bedroom furniture and being told they discontinued our furniture with no phone call when they knew this for two months. We were offered another set at our original price or a full refund, we took the offer on the other bedroom set because with covid I know not many places have complete king size sets available on sight. We were told everything was in stock at the warehouse brand new in box. While waiting for our furniture and loading it all up ethan then told us he couldn’t find the dresser and we could wait for a new one to come in and receive a I’m store credit of $99.99, i then stated the furniture could be unloaded and i would like my full refund or they could credit my card I paid for because I was not coming back and shopping with this company. They refunded me $99.99 back to my card and gave me the floor model dresser. After arriving at home we’ve noticed several dents and chips in the furniture and are not pleased with it. I’m super upset I spent $1400 on this bedroom set, and definitely think I should of took the refund because of the horrible service and the incorrect information provided. I won’t be shopping here again due to these problems.

This is a nice place. I bought a bedroom set from there yesterday and some of the pieces were messed up so I called this morning and Jeff was so quick and nice to make everything right! I would recommend this place.

The staff is awful. We waited over an hour to pick up our already purchased items. After loading they wanted us to sign off but we were missing the table for our dinning set. We inquired about it and they went to to look for one and couldn't find it. They offered a refund by check even though we paid cash. Very disappointed

I got everything I could ever need or want and I was able to finance it. I will be having all my new things delivered by tomorrow. I'm so excited! Also, thank you Albert for the great customer service. I will be returning once I decide what I want to replace next <3

Furniture was ok. I did not purchase anything from them because I saw bugs inside the plastic covering over the box springs and mattresses.

Excellent, speedy, and professional service. Blake was an excellent salesman. He helped us find everything we were looking for. We showed a picture and he took us to what we were looking for! Will definitely shop here again.

Had great service. Helped me find what I wanted. Even stayed a little past close to help us. I will definitely return when I need other items. Flora and Brandon were the best.

We purchased our furniture from the Mulhauser location, Justin Richard assisted us when we visited both times through the entire process and was extremely supportive of all the issues we had in finding the right couch. Horrible experience! Had to call 3 times to make sure the address was correct for delivery. Everybody there is rude after they make the sale. I spent 3 grand, figured they would be a little nicer! 2 of the 4 dining room chairs were the wrong size! I will never ever return and make sure nobody else I know goes there! ***RUN AWAY*** the place is junk!

We bought a mattress and 2 weeks later it started to tear. We was told to send pics to the main office. We sent the pics and no response after 2 weeks. We keep calling them and getting the run around. It has been 2months and its still not resolved.
