Great for speed of getting things and they make it really easy to purchase things.
However the beds are mediocre quality but the appliances seem to be great quality.

Everyone at the Main Street location was very nice. Brandon, Oldemar, Johnny and Jeff allowed me to take a look around with no pressure. But were close enough if I had questions. Helped me get a sectional and called around to make sure everything was in stock so it could be delivered for me that day. Actually almost beat me home. Would definately go back when im ready for anything else new. Staff was amazing, very nice and helpful with no pressure at all.

The head manager Steven at the Brice rd location told me it would be 2 days for my stove to be delivered. For the next two weeks I was lied to, put on hold for 30 minutes at a time, just to be told more lies and told it was the manager at Morse rd fault. Once I contacted the Morse rd manager, I was told more lies about delivering my stove, which I never received. They even told me it had been marked as delivered, on top of that I had already begun making payments! After 3 weeks of just nonsense, unprofessional tactics by American Freight and childish behavior from the managers, I gave in and cancelled my order, and am skeptical about if I will really get my refund back. Terrible customer service from Steven at Brice rd and the manager at Morse rd, beyond terrible, nether should be manager anywhere.

Came it today after shopping all over town and Steve helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Best prices around and best service I’ve ever had. When you come in make sure you ask for Steve!

Great customer service. Got helped by Steve Paessun he assisted me through the store with all my questions (and I had alot) until I found what I was looking for. He’s a very patient and listens to your needs. If you go here please ask for him you won’t be disappointed!

I purchased a bed and 2 rugs from this location in July. I was told the rugs would be delivered with the bed, and the bed would be assembled for me. The bed arrived damaged and the rugs did not arrive at all. There was no assembly. I have called the salesman about the missing rugs and he tells me he'll call me when they come in.or the phone just rings endlessly until it disconnects.

I've called this place in several occasions since purchasing furniture with them. Just yesterday I spoke to a associate to let them know I want to schedule a pickup for the bedroom I purchased a couple weeks ago (after calling serial times of no pickup) So they guy finally answered after I had to call the store on Main Street asking what do I need to do to get in contact with the Canal Winchester location because no one was picking up ans I am trying to pick up my merchandise. And if this is going to be a problem I'll just get my money back. He told me that we'll just go in and get your money back. I was like wow what a great way to handle your customer that just paid for a bedroom set cash straight out. But anywho. I called the brice location back and finally got a pick up. And I told him I was coming to pick up my things and would like to set up a day and time and told him I'll have my uhaul truck on today and this is when I'll be able to pick up (if they would have picked yo tbe phone before hand they would have known in advance) now the man comes back to the phone and says he doesn't think he has the dresser and mirror! I'm like what!? He says that he has to check and see if he has it and if not then they will have to pull from another store. So I said when will you know? Every since yesterday evening he has not got back with me. I called this Morning, no answer and called again then he picked up. Only to say he will call me back he had to check. That was over a hour ago! This is POOR customer service. They'll never get my business AGAIN!

We walked into the store.
Walked around in the store and no one there came to ask if we needed help finding anything.

I found a washing machine online at their local store and so before placing an order I called to see if it was available. Of course no one would answer the call after trying a few times. So I placed the order and went to borrow a truck so I could pickup my item. Two hours later, I was on the way there and I get an email that says the item is no longer in stock and I would have to call to “request” a refund. This is complete BS and they should never do business like this. I will NEVER AGAIN do business with this store!

Great selection. Reasonable prices. Great manager. They have large appliances, not all stores have them. Easy access, large parking lot.

I called the store about a fridge I had seen on their site. Dennis at the Gender Rd. Location was amazing. He sent me a ton of photos, answered a million questions and had quick responses before I even made it to the store. Once there he was able to show me several other models he had, and we ended look at several other things. Will definitely be back for more items when we get closer to finishing our remodel and needing the rest of appliances.

Walked around and asked for help regarding bunk bed mattresses. I was shown a few then put on hold bc he had to finish something at the counter. Cool no worries. Sat down and waited for 10 min with no "it will just be one more minute" "I'm sorry ill help you asap" or checking back in.so I walked out and made sure I walked passed the guy who helped me and another rep was also at the counter. I told them it's okay don't worry about it. Wasn't stopped or mama I'm sorry I can help you now or the other even for the other rep to address my inquires. They didn't say a word and let me walk right out along with my money. I'll continue to shop at the Morse Rd and see Johnny who always offers great help and service.

Steve was AMAZING! Coming in the door he was busy but kept acknowledging me, which is a plus in my book. He made sure I had everything I need for my mattress set up. I’ve visited several American freight stores before and his was by far the best!
