This is the absolute worst company. I was treated so poorly with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am beyond upset. My mom is in the ICU fighting for her life, I have enough to deal with. Horrible horrible company. I was told "I have people waiting to get on the phone I can't sit here and talk to you forever" "I can't tell you that information I have to hear it from your mother (who is intubated and sedated) " then I get transferred to the same voicemail that never answers.
