I love my new fireplace. I received a lot of help to select the materials for my new look. And, Abel who installed the new fireplace did a fabulous job. He is an artist. American Home and Energy Products is a great company.

Chris, John, Juan Greg and forgot his name the gas line gentleman that hooked up the gas. They all did great job especially during this time of the pandemic. Thank you so much.

The fireplace installers are absolutely not certified to be installing fireplaces they're used to be one that they got rid of and that person got fired or canned whatever you want to call it because he was doing all the work and not getting anything for it not all the previous people will know who that is that's all I'm saying Good luck they are like a users car salesman

Juan and Greg just finished installing a gas log fireplace insert. They were not only pros, but personable! Jon was our saleman and he did a great job coming over and explaining all we needed to know to make the decision. The front room not only has a LOT of extra heat, but some REAL ambience! Provided in home appointment to give an estimate and design advice for mantel, door, stone work replacement to a gas fireplace. A little slow in the ordering/deposit to install timeline. Always received a follow up call to questions left by voicemail. The installation crew were very pleasant, informative, and respectful. Cleaned up work area appropriately. Happy with the results.
