American Homeland Title Agency reviews
7Super smooth transaction, great staff, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They made buying and selling as easy as possible! 100% recommended!
American Homeland Title Agency was an awesome experience. The process was smooth and all questions were answered. The customer service was beyond amazing
As a mortgage loan officer, I enjoy working with American Homeland Title for their responsiveness, privacy/security, and flexibility!
The staff at AHT are very professional and knowledgeable. They consistently deliver great services to my clients.
I’m not sure how the process could be any easier than how American Homeland already makes it. Staff was prepared, knowledgeable, personable, and generous with the cookies. A+
All I can say is what went wrong, went really wrong. I was originally excited to work with Homeland because my office is next door. At first, everything seemed too good to be true. They had everything turned around quickly and I emailed every document I had on file for the transaction to multiple people and then updated the information a second time in Qualia as they asked. That's where it went wrong. Whoever's job was to review the records missed the brokerage fee of $199 and then on top of that, they missed a $5000.00 check that was supposed to go from the seller to a contractor. The next day I was going to pick up my check and go over the statement and I realized what they missed but they had already wired the profits to the sellers who were now in Utah. I even outlined these things in Qualia (as they asked, so I was doing everything on my end to make sure that this was done correctly). On top of that, no one emailed me the final closing statement. The woman at the front desk kept telling me that it was my fault that the statement was not correct.which is wild because the title company and the loan officer had all the corresponding documents that they needed (months in advance for the loan company) AND both parties were reminded of these items a second time with the updates on QUALIA. If American Homeland operates in a way where they expect the agents to do everything for them then why wouldn't they directly correspond with me to make sure everything is right? IF at the end of the day, YOU all rely on the agent to check over the work that you are paid to do and make sure it's correct then why wouldn't you call me/email me directly to get confirmation that you did your job correctly? I have a job and I really don’t want to be expected to hold you accountable to do yours. It's just exhausting because I already have plenty of other people to babysit and I was hoping, just this once, I didn't have to hold anyone's hand and I could just TRUST that everyone would do their job.correctly.the first time. But alas, I will never be so naïve.
