We highly recommend American Limousine Service for couples looking for transportation on their wedding day. We booked a limo party bus that fit our wedding party of 11 people perfectly. The driver, Chrissy, was professional and helpful and even had an umbrella on hand for when it started to drizzle during our photos. WE were able to bring snacks and drinks on the limo and they had both a phone docking system and Bluetooth so that we could play our music as we rode around! I hired American limo for our annual employee Christmas party this past Saturday. We rented a Mercedes Sprinter it was absolutely beautiful and very clean and comfortable! From the onset, Anthony the owner was very professional and thorough in planning our trip. The driver picked us up on time and The sprinter was completely stocked with everything we needed for drinks. The driver, whose name was also Tony, Was friendly neat, professional and very accommodating. He had every address needed for all of the pick ups and was extremely organized as well. All in all it made for a wonderful experience for all of my employees and ourselves Thank you very much! We will use you again!

Definitely the number one limo service around. We use them for my daughter‘s 13th birthday our driver Felix was great very professional showed up on time and super friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I would definitely recommend them to anybody and I will be using them again in the future!

I used American Limousine for my wedding in Columbus, Ohio and it was the worst choice I could have made. It was the only part of my day that was a disappointment. I got married in June, the car never cooled down. It was so HOT! Also, there was trash in the car - there were empty tissue boxes everywhere. At the church a bridesmaid asked the driver to pull around so they could load the trunk to which the driver replied "but then I'd have to go around the block" so my bridesmaids carried everything through the church and across the parking lot to wait by the car and then had to ask him to open the trunk. I was so disgusted by the service that I sent the driver away an hour early instead of letting my guests go for rides around downtown. I would not recommend this company to anyone - find someone else!

George R.drove a beautiful black stretch limo for my daughter and her wedding party on June 21,2014. He was punctual, kind and thoughtful. He had prepared the limo with ice inside for drinks, and delivered everyone with ease. When the photographer was late to the picture session at Rocky River Park after the wedding, he helped take pictures of the wedding party with their cell phones.
