Hannah did a wonderful job cleaning today in my friends house and did especially thorough job of the much needed bathroom and kitchen. She was efficient and friendly. Hope she can return!

We are very happy with the service. The first visit was a deep clean and they certainly did that. On going, they clean our house every other week and do a wonderful job every time.

Essie and her staff are very responsive and polite.

I called American Maids to come over and do a deep clean before our baby was born in July. Essie called me, came over, and gave me a reasonable estimate for a deep clean. From the moment her and her crew arrived, they had a mission to get our house spotless! Essie did an amazing job making sure our kitchen was sparkling clean! The rest of the house was immaculate and looked amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better deep clean and can’t wait for them to come over again! Essie and her team are great. I’ve utilized American Maids cleaning service more than a dozen times and have always been satisfied. I’ve had one unfavorable experience, and without my asking or request, Essie came back the following day to completely re-clean my home.

American Maids came to clean for us today and our house is SPOTLESS! I have not ever seen it this clean. I had the date wrong in my head (was totally my fault) and when I called to ask if they were coming this morning they were able to accommodate me and swap days. I really appreciate the flexibility and excellent customer service, especially since it can be so difficult to pick up all of our kids toys ahead of the cleaning and our dog was scheduled to be at the vet today. We also had more time needed than expected, and they sent two additional people to help out to ensure we got the cleaning we expected and close to our quote.

On the day of scheduled cleaning, the cleaners did not show up and I was waiting there without being able to reach the phone number that kept going to voicemail. Finally the cleaners showed up ~2 hours late. When I finally got hold of the lady on phone she said they are here only for 2 hours max. Anything more than 2 hours is extra, any appliances are extra and even threatened me that the cleaners will leave immediately if I didn't agree. Nowhere before had they said anything about 2 hours or extra charges. I had no option because it was the last day of my lease. Finally I was charged ~320 which was worse than letting the apartment keep my deposit.

The actual cleaning didn't Matter because I was threatened by the rude lady and my entire day wasted waiting for the cleaners. Use this company at your own risk.

Ms rude lady on the phone needs to understand that you need to use basic courtesy while talking to customers.

Edit - I called 2 times on the day before just to confirm the exact time and date of the appointment. I even got automated text message with scheduled date and time.

In today's day and age, these scam businesses just manage online reviews to get innocent vulnerable customers.

I am sooo happy that my house is now clean! It is so clean I can just feel the cleanliness! I felt weight being lifted off my shoulders! The owners are amazing and they really showed a lot of integrity for their business. I would definitely recommend and I would use the service again!

We recently started using American Maids for our office space and have LOVED working with Essie. She is responsible, kind, and diligent. Her and the team are awesome.

Essie, Calvin, and their team were incredible. From the first time I met Essie (before cleaning), I would’ve given 5 stars. She was so much fun to talk to & very respectful of our space.
We have 5 dogs in our home at the moment. Calvin & the team went through every crevice of our home, probably got up 10lbs of dog hair we couldn’t even see & dander from every surface. Our house smells, looks, & feels amazing.
Their communication was amazing & they even share some tips & products they use throughout your home.
I couldn’t recommend them enough (and sometime soon use their floor cleaning service!) & cannot wait until they come back again.

The team was timely, thorough, and did an amazing job with all of the windows, blinds, carpets and floors.
