24I enjoy this location. The staff are very friendly and helpful with your frame choices, as well as ensuring that the correct frame matches your face as well as personality.
So far I’ve been here twice to get an exam and glasses and so far I’m pleased! Thaddeus (is his name I believe) did the exam on both occasions and he was very professional and knowledgeable! The frame selection could be better but it works!
I was very pleased with the service and attention I received. The staff was thorough and did everything to accommodate my immediate concerns. The doctor and his assistants made me feel like I mattered. They were not judgmental concerning why I had to finally come to American’s Best. I will continue to go there and recommend others as well. Excellent service.
The sales associate withheld a lot of basic information and was rushing me to pay, so I had to ask a lot of clarifying questions. I feel like the costs of upgrading lenses and what the upgrades consist of is important to talk about before paying. I paid 180$ in total for 89$ lenses and the rest was upgrades that I’m not sure I need or what they actually do. I went to Warby Parker recently and received amazing customer service and was told frames and scratch resistant prescription lenses were 95$ total. I feel like I want to return my America’s best glasses and they haven’t even arrived yet. I’ve been going to America’s best for like 10 years at least but not anymore.
Worst costomer service I have ever received. Manger Brenda Stackhouse #6225 was extremely rude and argued with me across the store. And refused to give me a refund after the doctor gave me the wrong prescription.
My glasses are 3 weeks old and l have taken them back twice and need to take them back again. The handles keep bending I need a more permanet fix HELP
The staff there was great, very professional, respectful, and the manager Pastor is a force 2 be reckoned with. Pays attention 2 detail caring that you are satisfied
I had a exam on November 2 2019 at 11: 30am and got to the store at 11: 10 I was seen at 11: 15am I was out the door with a pickup date on on November 11.at 12: 45pm great service and nice people working.keep up the great work.

Fixed my glasses in less than 5 minutes, free of charge, no questions asked! I don't know about the other reviews. But my experience was completely pleasant and I was in and out!
The Mgr was very professional. Two of the ladies that complete your order were not professional.
So I got my glasses like two months ago they broke so I took them back and got them replaced now so I went to the hospital due to medical reasons and they had to do the vision test and yes I had my glasses on and they told me my glasses are no good because I should have been able to see the chart and I couldn’t so now I have to pay for new glasses and the money I did spend was a waist of money
My son goes into get his contacts that where pre ordered and had to wait an hour and 15 minutes. If I said the service was poor I would be giving them a complement. 3 rd time in a row this has happened. What a garbage location and garbage workers there. We are going to look to switch.

Got new glasses from here about 1 month ago, ok fine. The last was adjusting my glasses for 20 minutes and she complained about how I should’ve picked a new frame because she didn’t know how to adjust the frame that I have. Now my glasses are sliding down my face because she didn’t adjust them right the first time. I don’t have time to keep running back-and-forth to the eyeglass place just to get my glasses adjusted. Also my prescription is completely wrong, I mentioned it to the gentleman before I had him order the glasses about making sure the prescription is correct and he said that my eyeglass prescription and contact prescription is different. Now I can’t see out of my glasses, I thought maybe my eyes had to adjust but it’s been one month and I can’t see anything very frustrating. I called to explain the situation and she said I would have to come in to get this situation taken care of, now like I was saying before, I don’t have time to keep running back-and-forth to get my glasses fixed. If they were done right the first time I wouldn’t have this issue. I’ve never had this issue before at any other place. Just seemed like everyone was being lazy.
Went there two Saturdays ago for an appointment at 3: 00, im there at 2: 45.at after 430 i had to leave for another engagement.i dont understand why if there was an appointment made was there 12 people called before I decided to leave. Ridiculous why even make an appointment
This place is so unprofessional the people in there did not greet you.they do not take the time with you I felt like I was being rushed you’re very very unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends. The staff really need to work on their people skills. Terrible!
I came in prepared to get an eye exam and purchase glasses. I previously had purchased glasses over 3 years ago at this location and service was fine. However the sales person who assisted me was lacking even basic customer service skills. She was rude and did not take the time to properly assist me. I thought it looked very unprofessional to have long green nails however that alone does not make one unprofessional but with a bad attitude it just a bad look. When I asked her name I was told it was T found that to be strange the proper response should have been a first and last name. I was so insulted by her treatment I decided not to purchase anything paid for my eye exam and did not even receive a thank you. Will not be returning to this business.
My prescription was really off i was told on the phone to bring glasses in they were not willing to correct them
Absolutely ghetto. The Young lady who took care of me today treated me so mean especially after asking me if I had insurance. I told her no and afterwards she was nasty to me. I swapped my lens for a new frame and after she gave them to me I asked for a case for them, she then pulls out a old dirt used one from under some papers and says oh here's one. So then I had to ask for a new one. Horrible. She did even clean my lens after swapping and her fingerprints were all over them. Horrible service do better.
On 9/25/18 took a friend there to purchase glasses. During the entire transaction the sale rep gave 3 different prices for the cost of the glasses. She was not knowledgeable about the product or service that was offered. She made serveral mistakes in the pricing of the
glasses. Spoke to the manager who was not helpful at all, she actually backed the employee even knowing the mistakes that were made and the lie that was told. I was in this store a few years ago and walked out because of the same problem. I was hoping that since that time things would have gotten better, but as i see things are still the same. Same incompetent female manager, but dfiffererent incomplete employees.
I called to make an appointment. I was put on hold for 2 minutes. I called back and was again put on hold for 2 minutes. I made an appointment with another provider. You lost a customer due to poor service to make and appointment.
