17I was highly disappointed, the exam was fine but as soon as I told the optician I wasn't interested in glasses, just the prescription her complete attitude and demeanor changed and we were treated like absolute garbage.will never go there again

Lady was repeatedly rude, starting from the way she approached us to the way she dealt with us while purchasing, to the way she dealt with other customers. Irritating way to start off the day.
My glasses broke while in Sandusky, five hours from home. Manager Julie Roberts helped me find frames that would fit my lenses and did her best to fit the lenses in them and fit them to my face. She was so helpful and courteous and she saved my vacation. Thank you so much Julie!
Very informative, good selection, need little better computer system, that is most of the wait, glasses came back fast
Everyone was friendly and helpful. Celeste & Sunny were great at helping me find what works, fits and looks good. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses for less than my wife's one pair!
Called yesterday to see if they accepted my insurance even though it is medicaid, was told yes. So I made an appointment. Stood at the reception desk to check in for 10 minutes only for the lady to tell me that they don't accept it in a loud voice and embarrassed me. So I ended leaving because of the embarrassment and the lie I was told in the beginning. They want you through the door so they can charge you. Very unhappy.
The service is awful. Takes forever for them to get you in. Not very sanitary. Don’t recommend
I found exactly the frames I was looking for at a great price. The staff was friendly and efficient.
I REALLY want to give this place 5 stars! Their prices and promotion offers are freaking amazing! However, CUSTOMER CARE is even better! When you have a customer who's glasses break and being in the field you're in, you should KNOW that NOT HAVING A PAIR OF GLASSES causes migraines, dizziness, and is a completely AWFUL experience! SO. When a customer calls, needing theirs fixed, one would think that AS SOON AS THE GLASSES ARE IN AN EMPLOYEE WOULD CONTACT THE CUSTOMER. (. Instead of the customer having to call over a week later to see if their glasses came in!)

Not the best for sure. The try and talk you into other than what you need. The eye exam is fast but not accurate you get why you pay for. They stopped making Goe metros for a reason!
I was waiting after my pretest looking at frames. Apparently the optometrist called for me, I didn't hear him. He called the next person and I asked if he called me knowing the other person was after me in the pretest area. He said "yep, but you didn't come, I couldn't find you". I said "I was looking at frames". He shrugged his shoulders, didn't extend an apology and took the customer after me first. So i waited for my exam. After the exam, I waited another 20 min or longer to purchase my frames. I was at the store for nearly 2 hours and was late for my next appointment. The staff was nice enough but the whole experience was just frustrating. They optometrist was uncaring.call Call patients more than once? My family of six have used your company for 3 plus years, but I am truly considering finding a new optometrist.
This place is was really good for me normally I would pay 350 dollars for glasses. I got two pairs for 100 and the eye exam was free. I'll be going back I didin have to wait long I was in and out
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Justin was a pro when ordering and cashing out.
