Omg! The Staff sucks! My appointment was at 10: 30. I'm still waiting to be seen at 11: 20.
Awesome people. Basically a walk in appointment as a new patient and it took barely an hour. Great staff and excellent doctor. And it's actually affordable if you don't have insurance.
Was there last year the Dr was great! Wanted bifocals but the person waiting on me said for what my insurance would pay, it wasn't worth it! Not only that didn't even mention the second pair for free! Imma go to Walmart first! Never there again!
Advised my eyes had gotten worse - no issue.also advised I would be contacted after my records were received from other store to compare to new exam to see what further steps should be taken (eye drops, surgery, whatever). I waited a week with no call / now I’m awaiting a call back - we shall see.not good customer service for the prices they charge

This staff was not friendly or professional. They sold me a defective pair of glasses. The frames had different hinges therefore the fit was improper. They tried to bend them in place to no avail. When I said the glasses were still crooked, I was told one ear is higher than the other. I responded that never had this problem with any other frames including the old ones I wore in and asked these defective frames be replaced. It was like pulling teeth to get satisfaction. And was insulted on top of everything else. Won't go back. Poor customer service. The doctor was great.
Great service! The Dr.was knowledgeable & friendly. Angelina helped me immensely.a very nice human being. I didn't feel rushed.

Terrible service. I was running late to my appointment due to a call running late @ work. I called @ 1: 16 to say I’d be 15-20 minutes late for my 1: 30 appointment. I was placed on hold then told it would be ok. I arrive @ 1: 44 coming from Barberton to fairlawn & was turned away bc the Dr went to lunch. Wasted my time even after i verified it would be ok. & no one apologized. They made it seem as if it were my fault like “well you’re 13 minutes late”…it was super rude to blame me even tho i verified it was ok before i made the trip. I won’t be making another appointment.
As far as I’m concerned, I went to Americas best to buy eyeglasses and met “Americas Best” Angelica and her manager Gina.
Theses two ladies could not have been more professional and thorough in explaining things about the eyewear, and answering the hundreds of questions I asked them, always with a smile, even when they had to repeat fir me!
These ladies at your fairlawn Ohio location are TRULY an asset to your organization!
I look forward to learning more from them when my eyeglasses arrive!

Thanks to the staff for dealing with a very difficult patient yesterday-my Mom! They helped her get a new prescription into some new very affordable frames.
Walked in to a room full of employees doing literally nothing, all stopped talking and stared at me. Dr was awesome! Super attentive & helpful. Then I got to pick out my glasses. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. A very nice lady came up to explain the deal. (Could had read what she said off the poster) she did not care enough to help or explain further. Realized I was charged 80 dollars for what said (or so I thought) to be 30 dollar frames. Nope. Almost 300 bucks. Was never offered a second pair of glasses after she noticed the frames were part of the deal. Or shown where the “deal” frame selection was. Then when I call to ask a question about the price. I’m told that she covered everything and I’m pretty much a liar. I mean you get what you pay for. I will say the manager is very kind and very friendly. Would have rather had her help over someone who literally did not give one single care in the world & sat at her station on her phone while I looked around.
Literally would be 0 stars if possible. But 1 star for the awesome manager & 1 for the doctor.
Cost was exactly what they advertised. I was made aware of any other cost before it was done. Lots of frames to choose from for the advertised price. People were good and friendly to work with. Wold certainly recommend.
I've been a patient for a year and a half they always are polite and very helpful!
They tighten and adjust my glasses anytime.
I highly recommend America's Best to everyone!
