They were both polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable about flooring. I appreciate the time they took to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the finished product. They asked my preferences frequently and offered opinions/advice. Would highly recommend them as installers!

The install team was top notch. They were friendly, efficient, and did a high quality job. I still can’t believe two people did all that work in less than 6 hours. The carpet looks great, they put all the furniture back in the right place and cleaned everything up. Please pass along my positive feedback to them and their manager.

American Floor Source did a great job on installing my new flooring. The guys that installed the flooring were professional and nice to chat with. They cleaned up and had me inspect the flooring. I love my new luxury vinyl flooring. Would definitely go there again.

Update: While customer support specialist was very rudely handled all matters, I found sales team manager and store manager very helpful and respectful to handle my case with sensitivity and with full courtesy. Both apologies and refund my money. I am changing the rating to 5 just because as we have some bad experiences there are still good managers to handle it in a better way. Thank you Holmes Elder and Michelle Gilmer. All reach out to managers if you have bad experience with rude customer care team.

Customer care and support is pretty poor. My whole house carpet is installed by AFS and when all areas start getting wavy and need stretching I request service on call. They gave me quote for full service but later handyman mentioned its for only 1 area service, and when I reached out to customer support, she mentioned they will not do full house or requires to rebill you. Come on why at first place you gave me wrong quote, I would have refused services without having all this hassle to me. AFS charged me and when upon not accepting to provide full service I was cancelling service they mentioned at least for an hour I would still be get charged. Its a theft from customer, providing wrong quote and then trying to charge upon refusal of partial service. I have opened a complaint against AFS in BBB and soon reaching out to Ohio Attorney Generals office for consumer complaint. How can someone charge for not providing any service. Very Sad.

Not pushy on the sale, beautiful product, friendly, professional installers… could not be happier with the entire project. Very transparent, no hidden costs and QUICK!

Garth Beers and Lexy Rupp are a great team! I used them last year when I was preparing to sell one of my homes. They were great to work with, very professional, so much so that I called them again for new carpet in my current home. Garth and Lexy came out and measured the rooms. I explained that I didn't know when I wanted new carpet, I simply wanted to quote to see what the cost would be. I truly appreciated that I was not bugged by constant calls to see if I was ready for the new carpet. Lexy kept in touch every couple of months with a text message. Five months later when I was ready, the professional service was outstanding. Garth came in early on a Saturday morning to help us pick out samples to take home and two weeks later we had new carpet! The three gentlemen who installed the carpet were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend America's Floor Source and the team of Garth Beers and Lexy Rupp.

Stuart was excellent. Very helpful from day 1. Never pressuring and always understanding of how much time I needed to choose the right carpet. Also, ordering and installing the carpet was fast, efficient, and professional. Definitely will be back when doing our next floor project.

Loved the showroom with all the samples. Salesperson was great and very knowledgeable. Helped us narrow down to a few options that were exactly what we were looking for. Installation was on the timeframe the salesperson quoted. And installers did an amazing job. Love our new carpet, looks great, feels soft.

We got the best carpet at the best price by far. America Floor Source is able to bulk buy Smart Strand carpet and offer the same at great prices to their customers. We were happy with the color selection and are so glad we have Smart Strand in our new home. The competition could not believe we could get Smart Strand carpet installed at these prices.
The installers were great. And we know from experience that AMS stands by their installs so if any problem is found later on then we could rely on them to address it.

They are detail oriented and include everything needed for flooring from all types of flooring to rugs, even finding solutions for plumbing and subflooring needs during installation. Communication was prompt. I really appreciated them working to find the right floors for our price as well. I will definitely reccomend and work with them on any flooring project in the future.

Needed some simple white subway tile backsplash done. Easy estimate process, price was right, and installer was very efficient. I was surprised a flooring company would do a vertical surface but I'm happy they do!

I like this store. The sales people are helpful. The prices are good. They let you take samples home to see how they look in your home and they don't charge you for them!
