One of the absolute worst customer experiences of my entire life. Even worse than the legacy cable companies. It is not worth the anguish of dealing with them just to save a few dollars.

Energy North, a good local company was soooo much better-they bought them out. They take 10-12 days to deliver whenever you call-NO LOCAL OFFICES-you get some far off country with poor service, and often don't know what they're doing. I will no longer be using them-the delivery drivers says many others are dissatisfied. Dina Berger

Billed without recieving propane, and know one can due anything for 7 to 10 days.
